“I needed a last minute holiday dress and i lucked out finding one on the website that said it was in stock at this Auburn store. I called after placing my order to verify they actually had it in stock and I was told by the nighttime manager that they didn't even have the dress and id be refunded. The next morning I got a text my order was ready. They ended up having it. I think the nighttime manager just didn't want to check. The supervisor I saw in the morning when I went and picked it up was awesome.”
