I have been a client for JP Morgan Chase for many years. I started out as a regular account and then had a private clients account for $4000-$800,000. Most of the time the service was extremely good however at the end, I realize that my stock market account which had approximately $400,000 in stock in it I . was not receiving the voting shares from JP Morgan Chase. I filed a security and exchange commission complaint against J.P. Morgan Chase their services is now unreliable and I believe they are employees are involved in fraud .

Today I stopped in to get some quarters, and I was met at the door by jay, who greeted me and welcomed me to the bank, helped me right over to an open teller who assisted me right away. The process could not have been easier. The teller (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was very professional and helped me very well.

Best experience at a bank in recent memory. Made an appointment, arrived about 10 minutes early and was immediately seen by Molly. She was so helpful with answering questions about a new business checking account I recently opened & even offered some guidance. Everyone working there was in a good mood & they even had people to greet you! This branch rocks.

How do you not allow someone to deposit cash but make them go get a money order and then put it on hold??!!!! What kind of a bank does that!?????? Also, what is the point in having a branch that NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!! Your Worcester Massachusetts location needs some serious help on how to run the bank properly! Poor management obviously run this place. I have called well over a dozen times from the time you opened just today (not including the over a dozen times yesterday trying to figure out why I could not get cash deposited into my account) and it keeps telling me I have to call back. Why? You are never busy anytime I go to the location. Most I have ever seen is 5 people in the branch with more workers then customers? Figure out how to answer your phone! You are a poorly run bank and I am happily going to elsewhere after this fiasco! Bad service, bad bank, don’t use them they are useless!!!!! No one in the call center can even answer why you didn’t except the cash for deposit. Get someone in there that can handle working and their job to do it right! You are going to lose a lot of business with practices like these

Yes, finally my bank in Worcester I am very happy I am with this bank for more than 12 years since was living in Florida when beginning opening my account and today continue, Thanks God
