If you are thinking about a job here, look elsewhere. Stacy was rude to me on the phone during the interview and they expect their employees to be polite on the phone but yet there own recruiter is rude . To me that says a lot about the company . Please just apply elsewhere.

I am getting ready to move from a Comcast area to a Charter area. I called ahead to set up me services explaining that I do not want them turned on or sent out till the first of the month since I hadn’t passed papers on the house yet and was not a legal owner/tenant y till then. Well the equipment went out on the 19th. 13 days early and btw my bill started 14 days early as well apparently. When I called today on the 26th the only option I was given was cancel and wait 8 days. So yeah no internet till the third! We work from home so that doesn’t work. So now I get to pay for something I’m not using. Thanks Charter. Oh and the best part of the whole experience has been I went from average of 3-4 junk emails a day to over 30 junk emails a day no lie since day 1 I gave Charter my email address. So thanks for not only profiting off my not using equipment but also selling my email address this company is the worst!!!!!

We had charter for many, many years and as the years went by the service sucked and the bill grew bigger. The digital tv seemed to act up every night about the same time blotchy service even my Dvr shows were horrible!! Went with DIRECTV and so far so good and it is user friendly remotes..good luck

I've been a Charter customer for years. I almost never have a problem. When I do, they have tech support to straighten me out . If that doesn't work, they send out someone who can correct the problem. The very few times that has happened, they arrived promptly, were polite and proficient. What more do you want? If you don't like commercials, get a DVR and fast forward through them. If you don't like the Premium channel lineup, complain to HBO, Stars, EPIX, Cinemax etc.

Absolutely terrible, first off cable is a joke nowadays, your basically paying to watch commercials, second who would pay for a cell phone and land line? And 3rd slow cable that is $60 a month after the first year.....

Because you can't give them a negative star. I have been a customer of charter since 1986. Because this company has little or no competition from any other cable provider, they can do just about anything they like. If I had absolutely any other choice, I'd try it.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Charter for about 3 days. They then sent me a bill for over $500. When I called the lady said they had not yet turned off the service and once that occurred they would send out an updated bill. I said I will wait for the correct bill to pay and she said that would be fine. I got the bill in the mail on a Friday evening (about 2 weeks ago) and by Monday morning Charter was calling me regarding my delinquent account. WTF?! How is the account delinquent. I explained to the rep that I just got the bill and I would pay them shortly. Well today I get a call from a collection agency?! Really Charter! Are you guys that hard up for $94? If I ever live somewhere that Charter is the only option I will gladly go old school and opt not to have cable service. Charter you suck and you can suck it! I hope you go out of business.
