I was staying in Maine and not there when the accident happened in Spencer, MA. I had no previous knowledge of this company. They towed it to their shop. Haggle with the insurance company. Then fixed up my truck like new again. Very pleased with bodywork.

Absolutely a great place to take your car.
Mike, the owner stayed in contact with me during the process making sure I was aware and making recommendations on how to move forward.
The complete staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring.
Everyone worked very hard to make sure the vehicle was right and I was completely satisfied.

I brought my car in because there was a scrape mark and a slight dent. Steve said, "Yeah , I could charge $1000 or more to take care of that, but you really only need a detailing. " I was taken aback by his honesty. Can you imagine someone saying that you have a less expensive option?! I had the car detailed. Matt did a superb job. My car looks like new. Highly recommend these guys!

I recommend this business highly. I have now worked with them twice and each time, the service has been wonderful. Steve has been especially helpful to work with. The staff in the office are also friendly and helpful. I find them to be highly competent, thorough and honest. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I had a wonderful experience (can’t say that often about auto shops).
They really go above and beyond to help you and to fix your car. When I got my car back it was even better than it was prior to my car accident! Inside and out!
Not only did they handle all of the insurance paperwork, but they also made sure my experience as a customer was stress-free.

Absolutely horrible phone service and etiquette. Called to ask pricing for a headlight out. The guy told me to come down.
I came down all the way from Dudley just to be turned away. The mechanic said he didn't want to do the job, he refused for being too "messy".
Also gave me multiple prices for a light bulb swap, unbelievable.

This place was awesome. After our front bumper of our SUV got torn half-way off, they got us in the day after I called and fixed it in about 30 minutes while I waited. It was super fast, no drama, and everyone was friendly, easy to deal with, and generous. We'll 100% be back next time we need body work!
