Haven't used them personally but was woken up at 5:30am by a driver in a white car with CCR logos in the windows honking for five minutes while driving up and down the street. The whole neighborhood doesn't have to wake up to respond to your call.

I was supposed to be picked up At 8am the driver was sent to the wrong address and I was supposed to to picked up at 9:45 it's now 40 min later and I had to call and ask for a car to come get me because they forgot to pick me up

Extremely aggressive female driver. She doesn't speak English well (she yelled some kind of indecipherable profanity out her window). Judging by her total disregard for motor vehicle laws, I'd assume she can't read or comprehend roadway signs. She doesn't obey speed limits. She doesn't know how to approach or properly negotiate a rotary. She was all over the road as if distracted by her cellphone. Hopefully the only person she kills out there, is herself.

Evrytime i get ccr to give me rides to my appointment.i know i will b on time.and have great conversations. Yamary was a blast she is funny and drives really well.thank you yamary.your the best as well as feeling safe and appreciated.
