I worked with Meghan and she was nice. She was working with me and another client for a prom. I just wish I got more help with getting into the dresses. I would still recommend them because there was nothing bad, I just didn’t find my dress there. I was measured at a 14/16 which is my street size anyway and they only had 2 dresses above a size 12. I also found the selection of wedding gowns to be underwhelming.
Went back a while later to get my MIL’s dress and there were lots of options and I think we worked with a Danielle?. She was super helpful and attentive. She helped me pick out so many dresses for MIL. That was a fun experience.

I made a last-minute appointment to see a dress that I had fallen in love with, and Meghan was able to fit me in! I ended up purchasing the sample, which was my size. They cleaned the dress for me, and it was in great shape. This was a very easy shopping experience, and Meghan was super helpful!

My daughter found the wedding dress of her dreams with the help of Danielle. She reached out prior to our appointment to get an idea of what my daughter was looking for and was very prepared. Danielle has a fun personality and made the entire experience so memorable! I highly recommend Danielle, she is the best!!

I went to Carbonneau for the first time yesterday to look for a dress for my senior prom and left with my dream dress! Maddie was amazing and assisted me in finding the perfect dress and the whole staff was super friendly and supportive. I will definitely be recommending Carbonneau to my friends and will also be back when I need another dress! Thank you!

Customer service and standing by what built you as a business has changed. I purchased a defective gown from this business that is known for their gowns and has been around for years. Unfortunately the only thing they value is the might dollar. They refuse to acknowledge that they ruined a once in a lifetime event and chose to place blame on the customer. "Final Sale" is the loop hole they use to justify faulty products, including the gown I bought for $700.00 Buyer Beware Shop elsewhere

I can’t express how thankful and appreciative I am for Meghan G at Carbonneau. I booked an appointment to try and find my wedding dress and I was feeling so nervous and discouraged but as soon as Meghan greeted me when I walked in all my nerves disappeared. She was so helpful and patient and really made the experience so fun for me. She’s a life saver and I always joke how I wish I could go in everyday to look for a dress just so I could see her! Danielle was very sweet and helpful when it came to helping me choose my wedding dress. We ended up finding the perfect dress on the first day and she was able to guide me through the whole process by making it as stress free as possible. She was also able to help me with accommodating my lavender theme into my wedding dress! I am so excited to see all of our hard work come together. I highly recommend Danielle she is so kindhearted.

I had such an amazing experience working with Meghan G! I first met Meghan when I was a bridesmaid for my best friend’s wedding and knew once it was time to get married myself and find dresses for my bridesmaids I had to go back to Carbonneau and request Meghan! She is so kind, helpful and was the perfect vibe to help my bridal party. She even helped my mom find her MOB dress which was perfect! Highly recommend requesting Meghan G!!

We started at Carbonneus for my sisters wedding dress which was a beautiful experience thanks to Meghan G and then of course we decided to go back because we had such a good experience, for our bridesmaid dresses which was so much fun and special with the help again from Meghan. Her positive attitude, knowledge and love for what she does really shows through her work. Thank you so much Meghan for making that whole experience memorable and painless. I will recommend to everyone I know in need of dresses!!
