I called to order my free breast pump and once my insurance was confirmed my pump was on the way. I was updated about every step of the process along the way. My pump arrived within 2days of me calling right to my door step. No hassles or delays. I am very pleased with the service I got and amazed at how fast the process was. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to get a free breast pump through insurance.

FREE OF COST breast pump via health insurance arrived very fast and on time for a very last minute order. Realized I was due in about a week so I quickly filled out the simple and straightforward form online. The pump arrived within 2-3 days of ordering.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Byram so far. I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant about to give birth to my baby in 3 days & haven’t received my breast pump yet. I’ve called them 4 times, each time they reassure me that I’m going to get an email with tracking information. I’ve received someone else’s breast pump by accident (with a different model of pump than the one I ordered) & they haven’t emailed me a return label to send it back. It’s very stressful to deal with this days before giving birth!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered breast pump never received it emailed them they didn’t even read the email and replied something that made no sense I called they said they’ll ship it. Few days later never received tracked I called again they said again they would ship still never received it. I canceled order

Chronic health conditions don’t take time off but staff doesn’t seem to understand that. Needed meds quick and got ghosted. Quick to invoice me on critical supplies that were never approved or shipped.

Awesome love my pump came in 2 days live that they provide them for new moms. Breastfeeding is the safest way to feed your babies and the pump helps tremendously

I give 5 stars to the amazing lady that took my order. I have been customer since 2015 and she was the only person that knew all aspects of her job! This rating does not reflect the business office I spoke to on the same call. He was horrible. Didn’t listen what’s so ever to my needs

It took 4 phone calls and 5 days to get them to charge insurance. Byram had me call the insurance then call them, and the insurance said Byram just needs to call them directly. Once that was done I had to call back to Byram and order supplies. They made it so difficult for me.

I have had nothing but trouble with Byram and have spent 4 hours in the last two days on the phone with them and their mistakes are STILL not corrected! Nothing but the run around and being refused a conversation with a supervisor and billing! Terrible customer service at a time when I am a new ostomy patient and I’m literally without supplies because they made and error and shipped the wrong supplies and now it has to be returned by me and received in their warehouse before new and correct supplies can be shipped to me. Just awful! THEN they said they were transferring me to a supervisor and I sat on hold for 43 more minutes before I decided to hang up and call the Somerset, NJ location and they fixed the errors made by the Worcester store! Still, I’m done with Byram! Do not use this local store!

I have attempted to contact Byram multiple times regarding a billing question and never got a response (via the help email or a call back from a supervisor per my request). I will absolutely NEVER recommend Byram to people I know nor will I use their services again.Because I’m unsure of how to respond to the comment from Byram: I had emailed the email address provided on 8/6/23 and did not hear back.

Absolutely awful company that I wish I never had the displeasure of using. Lied to me about the cost of diabetic supplies and then shipped them to me without my approval at a different price than I was told and then received a bill for over $700. I could have got the product cheaper elsewhere if they had not went ahead and billed me for something that I didn't consent to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
