It was a hot mess! But it was during the Christmas shopping season, so I guess I should have expected it. Some aisles were completely closed due to detritus on floor (both trash and merchandise). I was not comfortable buying anything because I didn't know if it had been on the floor at some point

There's stuff everywhere, not even sorted by size or anything complete disaster, I'm only giving a 3 because the staff was friendly and diligent and I'm sure the customers are a huge part of the stores conditions.
