I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brightshine Auto Spa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. But what truly stood out was the amazing service provided by the manager, Mitch.
Mitch was nothing short of fantastic. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. He took the time to personally ensure that my vehicle received top-notch care, explaining the various services they offered and helping me select the best package for my car’s needs. It’s clear that Mitch takes immense pride in his work and runs the spa with the utmost professionalism.

Brightshine Auto Spa in Worcester is my go to for auto detailing and PPF/ceramics needs. Matt and team have been great to deal with, very knowledgeable, not pushy and customer service is top notch. If you need detailing/ppf/ceramic in central mass this is where you need to go!!!

I am usually Quilty of not taking the time to write a review, but in this instance I just had to. I recently took my 2013 cadillac cts with 89K miles on it to matt at brightshine, to find out what could be done to revive the finish on my car. Matt listened to my concerns, looked the car over with me, and he discussed the different options open to me, and what he could do! I went with the level 3 exterior package less the ceramic coating. when the car was finished it looked absolutely fabulous! Jerry the tech. that worked on my car did a fantastic job. I have dealt with many car detailers over the years and never have I been as happy with the way my cars came out as I was with this car and bright shine auto spa. I would highly recommend matt. and brightshine to anyone who wants top quality workmanship.

Just picked up my RAV4 from there ceramic coating installation. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My RAV is a 2022 so not the newest and they treated it like it was a 2024 Audi. Highly recommend this place!

I purchased a brand new truck and connected with Matt prior to taking delivery. He asked that the dealer do nothing to prep it, so picking it up was not as exciting as it should have been since it was not cleaned or polished. BUT...picking it up after Matt and team were done with it was amazing! It looked phenomenal. Amazing service overall. Matt was very patient educating me on the process to apply the ceramic coatings, before and after it was done. He spent time with me explaining how to wash the truck and keep it looking great. He actually recommended against doing some of the available services just based on the vehicle, indicating they wouldn't be worth the cost. Washing and drying it make it look like it did when I picked it up. Sap and bird droppings come off very easily. I believe I had the top level application with the longer warranty. Time will tell, but annual checkups will hopefully address any issues and keep it looking great and well protected.
I highly recommend Ceramic Pro of Worcester to anyone looking to keep their vehicle looking great and protected from the elements.

Best quality install, every detail covered for window tint. This is no hurry up chop shop. Very professional. Trusted owner. Terrific prices everything done on time. Stop looking around, you found the right place. Go ahead, make the appointment! Next service for me will be ceramic coat.

Highly recommend Brightshine Auto Spa! Matt was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my Ultimate Armor package installation (PPF in the front and multiple coats of ceramic coating all around). My car looks so clean and I am happy to have the peace of mind that it is protected in the most vulnerable areas!

Great experience with Matt’s team.
Matt was very educational throughout the process. He asked qualifying questions to understand exactly what my car needed, and provided a recommendation based on my answers.
Overall, the drop off and pick up of the vehicle was extremely seamless. Matt allowed me to ask questions regarding after-care of the vehicle.
I recommend anyone looking for PPF or ceramic coating work to contact Matt’s business.

I did a lot of research before choosing a detail shop for a ceramic coating and window tints on my wife’s Honda Odyssey. We were looking for a Ceramic Pro elite dealer and was happy to find one close to home. It was important to us to support a local business. Matt and his crew is a pleasure to work with and made everything super easy. Communication is top notch and the service was impeccable! My wife was extremely happy with the outcome and we will be coming back here for our detailing needs for sure!

I would give six stars if I could. I couldn't be more pleased with Brightshine. My car had been absolutely trashed from driving it cross-country through snow storms. It was really, really filthy with road grime.
The Brightshine crew did a superb job on the car. They're meticulous and clearly take pride in their work. Matt is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the state of the art in detailing, PPF and ceramic coatings. The atmosphere is welcoming and there's zero pressure or upselling.
Matt's level of service goes above and beyond—I had mentioned I was in a time crunch and he managed to accommodate me with very short notice.
Brighshine is the place to go in central MA (and elsewhere!) if you an enthusiast or simply have high standards. You will not be disappointed.
