Very disappointed in the Big Y pizza department. It's a good pizza and great quality, but it is rarely made for the requested time. Last time was made 2 hours early and I was told to "reheat as necessary" and this time called in a half hour before I needed it, was told they needed 40ish minutes, and an hour later I showed up and they were just starting with "I just got back from break" and needed another 15 minutes.
Working in the food/service industry for as long as I have, if you say you can have something ready by a certain time, it should at least be cooking when you go to pick it up, not just starting when it should have been done. Things happen, but this was just downright inconsiderate. They aren't even that busy tonight.
I guess at least this time I don't have to reheat my pizza or call someone for an emergency delivery because it's cold. too bad I missed the surprise party I'm hosting waiting for pizza.

Very well located. It has good parking. And good prices. And the attention is first class. And the products are always fresh. And there are always specials. Very clean. And they always sell for all occasions. And the cleanliness is also impeccable.

The guy at the seafood department always says they are out of scallops, I have never once been able to order fried scallops or the fisherman's platter ( which has scallops), tried multiple times in person, over the phone, always no scallops. Also the times I've order fish and chips, I've asked for well done and don't get well done. All the fried seafood I've tried here is undercooked, causing it to smell really strong. The clam strips will be mostly batter and sometimes undercooked batter.

It's been a couple of years that I haven't been to this supermarket Big y it has a proven more than it used to be back of the days. Still best quality of everything flowers a lot of varieties cakes. You could go crazy in this bakery for a person who has a sweet tooth. Amazing seafood they have it. Basically this supermarket has a little bit of everything Quality top of the line. I do recommend this supermarket, especially when it's nice, clean and organized

I like the produce here. The pizzas they make are pretty good. They do have good deals on sea food. They do have okay sales. But can be pricey love the pharmacy. I travel all the way from Auburn to use this pharmacy. They're the best. The Fish and Chips here are amazing.

Love this store! Can find things not at other stores(local products, healthy stuff, better quality beef)) and if you shop sales you can get great prices! Also the staff is fantastic! I love Big Y!
