I had a fantastic experience at Barrows Hardware! The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. Unlike my experiences at Home Depot, where I often have to hunt down an associate, the team at Barrows Hardware comes up to you with a smile and genuinely asks if you need assistance.What sets this store apart is their impeccable organization. It's a game-changer when you can easily find what you need without wandering aimlessly. Barrows Hardware definitely outshines other hardware stores in this regard.Kudos to the staff for their exceptional service, and to the management for maintaining such a well-organized store! I'll be returning for all my hardware needs.

I can't tell right now if it's just biased because it felt like I was a kid in a candy store the entire time. But I use the message function on Google to chat with someone at the store before I came to see if they had what I was looking for. The selection of specialty fasteners for lack of better word is fascinating. I probably spent at least an hour of the 2 hours I was there in that one aisle. Definitely got a lot of "do you need any help?" but to be honest I didn't mind, the staff were very knowledgeable and if one of them didn't have the answer another one did And they knew who to ask.Thank you Barrows Hardware, I will definitely be coming back
