The teller who was a black gentlemen would not cash a check that was drawn from bank of America, saying it was over the limit due to not having a bank account there. I had signed the back too no other check places would cash due to that. Just spent hours trying to cash their check from an attorneys office. Don't go here go to a whole other bank. Rude, and make up rules when they feel the need

We were sending two wire transfers. We made an appointment and that appointment was confirmed the morning of making sure we had the documents we needed which was very helpful. We went to the appointment and felt that we were treated great. They were very attentive and very careful about the transaction. Also, very friendly and seemed interested in our story. If we lived closer, this would be our bank.

Asked a teller about opening a new checkings account with them and the promotion they were running. They seemed annoyed at me for even asking. Won't be doing business with them any further.

Drive up atm doesn’t work. I went too take money out and the atm said it couldn’t dispense cash than shut off. But still took the money out my account. Now I have nothing too my name and had too file a dispute in order to get my funds back. Very unprofessional and such an inconvenience. Horrible bank horrible service!

When will Grafton street Bank of America open for business again, a bank is considered essential , The bank at stop and shop is opened with no problems . My business is essential and every one wears masks, the people that enter must wear masks or no entry, we have a plastic glass barrier between us and the customers , no one got sick yet . Lets hope you open soon, very good team at the 945 Grafton street Bank. PS you can open for shorter hours and only allow 4 people in at a time ,and if you are worried about masks people can show ID at the glass door before entering and pull down masks before entry for security ,then the masks go back up and let them in, think about it ,Thank You. posted on 4/30/20 .

I am using this branch for 6 years. Extremely friendly staff especially Claudia and Jon. They know their customers by first name. They always offer customers new promotions etc. Even though it is still a large chain you feel like it is very customer oriented and you will get personalized attention to your needs.

Very unhappy with the level of service this branch. Long lines. They tried to get me to use the ATM to get the line down. (If I could have used the ATM, I wouldn't have waited in that long line.) Very slow. No worries, there are many other banks to use. Closing my accounts with BOA. There are too many banks that want to do business.
