Had an issue with an ATM deposit and the inside staff was less than helpful. Over of my time already and once resolved I will be moving to another bank after 38 years with Bank America- i cant stand Elizabeth Warren but maybe she is correct about 1 thing….these big banks need to go away!

Today I had a bad experience at this bank, I couldn't withdraw my own money. I had to give two IDs and they still didn't let me withdraw my money. They wanted me to sign a paper that was supposedly a form that was not.

not happy as they only allowed to withdraw maximum 20$ (in quarters) from my account.Comparing it with the local bank next to my house who often gave me 20$ in quarters as a courtesy, even though i don’t have account with them and were much nicer in communicating with customers.

Exorbitant fee to cash a check from their own bank if you don't have an account there yourself.

Great service.I stop by for a bank check and Ligia Beltran did a great job on helping out.She printed out the check and offered additional support for loan in case i needed.Great service..

If I could give zero stars I would. Your manager is great and 1 female staff member, but ALL his staff are rude, they behave as if you’re bothering them by them doing their job. Your job is to exhibit high quality customer service and they not only make you feel uncomfortable but they definitely seem bored, irritated. Will this review get me anywhere nope, but I’ll feel better as your training their teaches no manners at all. The security guards are ALWAYS the nicest people at this bank.

I waited there just to do a simple thing and they told me to sit down and forgot about me while taking care of others who came after me. After 45 minutes I got up and left. No one even try to help me.

My friend was harassed ignored and cornered and not allowed to leave until she demanded she be allowed to leave over a cashiers check. I do not reccomend this branch to ANY ONE

It took me two weeks to schedule an appointment. I understand that times are tough with Covid, so I was fine with the wait period. I also called customer service to confirm I would have everything I needed. Went in today and immediately was turned away because I apparently need a parent to sign off to separate my account. I’m 19, almost 20 years old and should be able to have a say in my bank accounts/money. The most frustrating part is when I called to confirm everything I made sure to ask if I would need a parent with me for the appointment, and I explained exactly what the appointment was for. The response: “no ma’am, you won’t need a parent to do that. You just need to schedule an appointment”. Well now I have to wait until the end of the month because I had to reschedule. I’m extremely disappointed with this system, the lack of communication, and the unnecessary difficulties with scheduling an appointment for a seemingly small issue. If I had been told from the start that I would need a parent with me to sign off, this wouldn’t be an issue. But here we are.

HORRIBLE SERVICE BOARDERLINE HARRASSMENT.I will never ever ever have an experience WORSE that what I experienced today.The man handling my cashiers check not only gave me Incorrect information and then pushed it off like nothing but he paused and cancelled my transaction after some one he serviced before me (mind you they already left and had been gone 10 minutes into my transaction) came back in and stated he forgot to hand the receipt.He then refused to get assistance or contact a manager to help made us both stand next to eachother and put me on the back burner knowing I didn’t have much time. All this time while retaining hold of my license. When requested to get a manager he ignored it and said his system isn’t capable of assisting. Makes no sense. Then there is a relations manager on site so I asked him for assistance.He basically said he only has two tellers so there’s nothing any one can do they are the only ones able to help. I am not denying that I wasn’t frustrated but come on! I then went up and requested my license back I was going to leave. After he refused I said sternly I was going to leave.He finally handed it over.The other teller came in front of me and told me with a rude tone “what do you need” I said I needed to leave.She continued to corner me and would not let me leave.I then said “I have to leave I need to be to work in 20 minutes” she gave me attitude and said “that’s fine. What do you need”She continued to move and stand in front of me and would not let me leave. Finally after becoming so frustrated and ups Er i sternly raised my voice and said I WANT TO LEAVE RIGHT NOW and she FINALLY moved and allowed me to leave.I have never been treated so poorly, seen so much disorganization nor have I ever been blocked and not allowed to leave from a bank ever in my life.Never in my life.I am heavily considering never EVER banking with this institution ever again.Be so careful of your saftey as it was RIDICULOUS AND UNSAFE to ever be treated like thatUpdate /I was told to contact the social media care team and nothing has come of it. So the harrassment of those tellers was just condoneable. I will be closing my accounts. No one deserves to be treated this way by a bank.
