I am extremely satisfied with the work these guys did. I couldn’t be happier. The only issue I had was how long it took for the truck to come into their shop. I understand that they are busy and I take that under consideration. But at the same time having a truck out for so long makes things very tense for me.I appreciate very much working with Ed Darling. He’s always very responsive and someone I respect and enjoy working with. There’s no doubt that he and his techs provide a great service and I value that.I would absolutely recommend their service department to anyone I know and I will be their customer for as long as I own a Mack.I’m definitely satisfied with the overall experience.

Nick got me a quote on a long list of parts in about an hour.Amazing, quick and right on.Still considering the number, as it seems now that all the manufacturers are getting really greedy, but that is another topic.Thank you Nick. Wish all people were as competent as you. Obviously a great co. policy to train people right, and to keep the great people.

They were able to get me right in and found I had a broken wire causing my issue. But the drivers lounge sucks one small ouch or a plastic lawn chair to sit in, plus the room is full of Flys. Then I get my truck back and my cab is full of Flys Because they left my driver side window down while it was in their shop.

Very good crew!!!! Work very closely with both the service and parts department and both will go out of their way to help. Can't thank enough for the continued support from both!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not many places go above and beyond anymore these days, but they do.
