Is bad how customer service is not for everyone, I call auto zone park Ave, first het.the phone hang to times without even say hello and at the 3 time he sayHELLOOOO!! ANGRY.. why if you work with customer leave your bad.mood behind the line and when you get to the.front smile and help.. customers can be awful but that's why we.work on this.to change ppls mood and help

Helen went out of her way to help my Father and I today. Had an issue with my alternator and went to do a bench test before ordering the part. Planned to order the part after my alternator failed the test. Wanted to order online through my account to receive the promotion going on. The part was going to be available for pickup tomorrow but Helen applied the discount and provided us with the part today so we could work on the vehicle! Two thumbs up, thank you for your help:) I always get the best service at the Park Ave Autozone! The associates are wonderful and always exceed my expectations!!

I recently found myself facing an unexpected and major vehicle repair, as my engine suddenly failed!The details of my engine failure can be found in the link attached to this review and comment!But just to stay on point, I'm here to give Thanks and praise to the entire team at the AutoZone, location in Worcester, Massachusetts -- Park Ave Branch!As a regular and frequent customer to that location I've always been able to locate my parts and am always welcomed with excellent customer service and warm greetings! In addition, over the past few months I've been helped personally by Joe and Kieth and recently an employee named Kerry! I've found every single one of them to be helpful in assisting me source the parts that I needed. In my opinion, customer service is a tough thing to come by these day's, as customer service is usually something you expect to get from a restaurant not a parts store! And strangely, in the least likely places, I've been able to find it at AutoZone ?!The challenge I now face with the recent failure of my engine and the unexpected cost I will incurre to either have it professionally rebuilt or replaced is devastating -- as I depend on my vehicle to get me to and from work safely, depedably and on time. With the help of Kieth and Joe, I was directed to reach out to Autozone's Park Ave Branch District Manager Jalil, to ask for his counsel and support in this time of my worst vehicle crisis to date!And as I'm sure, when a district managers phone rings they're bracing for a less than hospitable phone call from an upset customer! But fortunately, when I called, that was not going to be the case! As I apologized for calling and asked if he had a minute to listen to my situation and he was more than accommodating! And with patience, empathy and understanding DM Jalil, was able to give me a small ray of hope that he would share my story and my situation with upper management even above him! And in spite of him not making any promises that he and his company would be able to assist me, he did something even better...and said that he would at least move it up the chain and put it front of people who could! And you know what... that's all I could ask for...?!I appreciated this District Manager, Jail, taking the time to listen for it meant a lot to have had the opportunity to talk to him! I don't know how any of this review stuff works...but it's my hope that to anyone that reads it... that this is the honest to God truth -- and there are no other versions of it! ?My Thanks go out to Kieth, Joe and District Manager Jalil for they're help!I recently formed an official and legitimate gofundme account to receive whatever charitable donations nations to help cover the cost of the repair or the rebuild to get me back on the road and back to work!https://gofund.me/53cf0a84

To whom it may concern, I went into AutoZone on park ave in Worcester on Sunday 10/29 and want to let you know how wonderful Albert, Keith, and Kerry were. I am not a person that knows ANYTHING about cars, and they were all AMZING. They treated me with respect, talked to me, listened, and most importantly helped me and didn't make me feel like an idiot. I wish more customer service team members were like the 3 of them because I really really appreciated everything they did. Albert especially went above and beyond to fix the issues I was having and ease my concerns.
