They came out and replaced my windshield in my Jeep. It rained that night and it was pouring inside my Jeep. When I called to have them fix it they gave me a hard time on scheduling and expected me to change my schedule to accommodate them. I’m not the one that didn’t do it right the first time. I am not a happy customer

I called them to replace a windshield on my jeep. They came out and replace it. The next day there was a creak in the new windshield! They said it was a stress creak and they would come out and replace it. That was 3 weeks ago! Now I am struggling to get in contact with the manager to get this straightened out!

I brought my vehicle to Paul’s Auto Glass with a referral from Jason from Anderson Automotive in N. Grafton. Paul couldn’t of been more friendly and accommodating. I had a few things that needed to be tweaked buying a pre-owned vehicle. Paul exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend Paul’s Auto Glass!!! 5

I would not let this company anywhere near one of my vehicles. I was passed on a double solid line with my children in the car by one of their vans while doing 5mph over the speed limit. If that's how they disregard their own safety, how do you think you will be treated?

John was friendly, professional, and on time. The windshield looks great. And he even lubricated my secondary hood latch, which was a plus. This is my first experience with this business, and I would definately recommend them!

great customer service over the phone and dealing with my insurance company, the day of my install was done professionally and in a timely fashion. I would give Paul's a 10 out of 10!

Awful customer service. Spent days on the phone. They replaced my windshield, didn’t drive it at all and woke up to it cracked the next morning. Almost on week 2 of waiting on them to come replace the windshield they cracked. No one picks up phones. Get hung up on about 5 times this morning. Taken 3 days off of work. Pay more for a better company!!!!

Service is fast and efficient. Staff is super friendly. Scheduling an appointment is easy and I couldn't find a better price!! Having your vehicle worked on can be a hassle, but I had the best and simplest experience!
