“I came in because a popular oil change company stripped the drain plug of my wrangler. Rather than wait in the dealership I went to Panera next door to wait for the verdict on my repair. To my shock rather than call me the customer service rep came and found me at Panera! It will be a quick fix but I cannot express how floored I was at them coming to talk to me about my options. It was a very nice gesture to show how they care about their customers. I could not be more impressed.”
