My friends and I have gone to Austin Liquors a few times. Every time, the cashiers are extremely unfriendly. No hello and always an accusing look when we hand our IDs over and they go scan it. I am 21 and my friends are 22, so we look young. The last time we went, I asked to go to the bathroom and they said it was not a public bathroom. My friend then got IDed and they had her ID for 5 minutes, continuously scanning it. They told her it was a fake ID and that she was not 21. Eventually, the ID scanned and it turned out to be a problem with the machine. There was no apology for the accusations. I do not want to feel like a second class citizen at a liquor store because I look young. I am legal and I am tired of getting nasty looks and passive accusations. Will never be going here again. If you are young and respect yourself, I am sure you will also have a negative experience at this establishment.

They used to follow me around the store. I'd like to think my stalk face scared them off but they probably had real thieves to stalk. I just go there for my Port so don't buy it please

The uppity reviews of this store are hilarious. It's a liquor store with a great selection, anything else you demand of it.....you should probably just become the manager yourself and see if it's worth your time and money to do all the things you expect this store to do (it's not). Anyone that gives this store a bad score probably leaves angry reviews of McDonald's and Cumberland farms and regularly updates them This is one of the nicest liquor stores in Worcester, get over yourselves.
