I had a filling fall out while visiting from out of state. Explained this to the call center who scheduled me an immediate appointment. However, the dentist refused to treat me. She explained that Aspen does not allow her to provide temporary filling, and I needed a crown. She suggested I buy a temporary tooth filler at a drug store. I was disappointed that Aspen Dental didn't tell me this before booking the appointment.

Dr Malone who is relatively new to the office and dentistry in general did a very nice job. Excellent skill & manner with patient.Didn't like the topical application by the assistant -- excessive amount dripping caused trouble with the swallow function for 20 minutes.... quite uncomfortable.

Amazing care for their patients . i was welcomed and treated like a human being and not a number as soon as I walked in the door ! Dr. Lee and his staff were unbelievable and I had no pain or discomfort during visit. I was in and out of the office in 30 min for what I thought would be an eternity as someone who has a hard time “sitting in the chair..” I highly recommended Dr. Lee and his team to anyone in need of oral surgery health.

I love this office. I have always felt very nervous for dental procedures but they always make me feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this office and the staff.

They were short-staffed and packed, but despite that, everyone who worked there was incredibly helpful and patient with both myself and my partner who has dental anxiety. Big shout out to Ruth who was being pulled in a million directions but maintained her composure and put a smile on my face.That being said, every employee was literally handling multiple patients at all times AND trying to keep up on the administrative tasks. If management reads this, please make sure you're compensating your existing staff EXTREMELY well, because they deserve it.

Ruth and Dr. Tucker were so kind and understanding with my dental emergency. They were very genuine. The office manager was very helpful as well.

Very happy with dentist and was looking forward to having two crowns replaced. I had a zero balance even received a credit. Sat down with their financial guy who wanted to charge me $800 out of nowhere, He was rude and treated me disrespectful, he wanted to hold me there and have me arrested, I payed my current bill for that day and left. Unsound accounting practices and high pressure financial. I an 71 years old with a heart condition, he went too far.

First they scheduled me for a 8:30am appointment and I got there and they open at 9am.Next I go in and was told they don’t accept Masshealth; ridiculous cos we had a 3 way call with the Umass staff and someone at ASPEN dental who told us Masshealth is fine.They made me waste my day as I took a day off from work and my time to drive there for nothing.Train your staff to give out the right information to people.The staff at Lincoln was great and she felt so bad.

Was able to book an appointment within 24 hours and was treated kindly while receiving the care I needed. The people behind the desk helped out a lot with figuring out my insurance information and patiently taking the time to walk me through the overly complicated mess of a financial structure that the insurance company has decided is necessary in order to provide coverage. They did a great job. Plus there was an adorable little (clean, hypoallergenic) dog, which helped cheer me up.

Aspen dental on Lincoln Street is horrible I do not recommend this business to anyone! I booked my cleaning over six months ago and last week I got an email saying that it was canceled so I called and the guy said don’t worry that was a mistake and my appointment is still at 7:30 on 8/28! I showed up for my appointment just to be told that my appointment was changed without my knowledge and they double booked me! How does this even happen?! in the 10 years I have been going to Aspen Dental they have forced me to reschedule multiple times.

Awesome place and awesome staff! Had pain and needed to be seen right away and they took me in right away! Definitely recommend this place!Update: the actual procedure was horrible and they were very rough. Told me they could save my tooth with a root canal but once they did it they told me it had to be pulled. The whole process of it being pulled was horrible and they weren’t professional. The front desk staff is awesome but other wise the whole experience is awful. Please don’t go there

They called me the weekend before my appointment, which was Monday. They told me they lost my information and needed to setup my account again. They also happened to lose the receipt showing that I had paid for the services in advance. Luckily I had a copy. I emailed the receipt. When reviewing what was going to be done at my appointment there was a discrepancy. I need a certain procedure done that I was told was paid for. Now it's going to cost me an extra $700. The office manager blamed me for the misunderstanding. I was very clear with the doctor and the manager what I needed and why. Now it's an extra $700. Stay away from here! Especially Joshua!
