My accident repair came out decent but it took alway too long and I had to bring it back twice because the work was not done correctly the first time. The repairs that were not done correctly the first time should have been caught way before the car was returned to me. Louie was awesome but I think I would go elsewhere next time. I never even got a receipt or any paper work with what parts were replaced. I felt super left out and in the dark with this experience. I gave 5 stars only because I don’t want their business hurt due to my review. Not super happy with this place but I have seen many satisfied customer reviews.

I used this business several times and each time they did a really good job on my car. I was very happy with the results and they worked with my insurance to get me a good price. They also went above and beyond and helped me arrange a rental and drove me to the rental place themselves.Also the owner Luis is very easy to contact and always returns calls promptly which I really appreciated.Definitely recommend using this place.

Just had my car fixed at All In Auto Body on Franklin Street in Worcester. Absolutely outstanding work. Workers are friendly and the car looks brand new. Did it in a timely fashion considering the pandemic and some parts were hard to get. Easy 5 stars!

If you are looking for a friendly, honest, and skilled mechanic, this place is for you. Luis didn't try to upsell me or overcharge and knew exactly what I was looking to get done. Other shops around the area were quoting me thousands of dollars and Luis gave me a straight forward, affordable price and got the work done in a very timely manner. Great communication as well. Will definitely be coming back.

I had an accident on tHe Mass Pike and had the car towed to Etre's because we have had previous wonderful experience with Etre's. This time was no different! Although it was an accident John, Steve, Amanda and all the other folks that work for John could not have been nicer and very helpful! I was pretty shaken but they assured me all would be fine and calmed me down and they were right. My car is better than it was before! They are great! Thank you Debbie Mangini

So I had purchased a truck from this place. Which I highly regret. The truck was purchased on 11/5/19. I live in New Bedford on my ride back check engine light came on. The business was now closed so I drove it home ands contacted the owner who sold me it. He wanted me to go out of my way to bring it to him till I expressed I was not wasting mileage, my time, or gas. He said he couldnt work on it till Thursday. I expressed to him I have 7days to get sticker. Mind you bank 1 02 sensor 1 and bank 1 sensor 2 popped up when I had a friend check for me. Thursday he took my vehicle. He kept my truck till Saturday 8pm. They had my truck for 3 days for an 02 sensor that takes 30 min max to do. He knows I’m running on a time limit and minimal days off with no vehicle. Sunday my check engine light came on again. Sunday i can’t do inspection sticker and Monday is a holiday. Tuesday now my 7th day Which i am taking off of work to do sticker. Its been just 1 full day after getting my truck and that check engine light comes on again. I had the mechanic at my work bring it up and sure enough same problem same codes. They kept my vehicle did no work to It. He must of just shut the check engine light before returning it and was trying to hold my truck hostage till after the 7th day so he isnt responsible for fixing it. under the lemon law its only 7 days we have. Do not buy a vehicle here. This place is very dishonest. I have text and pictures for proof! Let them call me bluff I got more Than enough proof. Protect yourselves and don’t buy a vehicle here. They will scam you!!!!! Mark my words!!

Happy I found All In Autobody in Worcester, MA to fix my car after a slight side-swipe. I needed scratches removed, buffing done and some touch up paint. All In Autobody was able to get me in on the same day I called and my car was ready by the afternoon! Incredible that they can do autobody in 1 day without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body in Worcester area.
