They delivered my wife's elliptical machine with a smile; the gentleman was very polite. He explained why he was unable to help move things into the house (up about 5-6 steps) and we compromised on putting it in the garage (no steps/stairs) for us to unpack. Very professional encounter.I would choose ABF for my shipping anytime. This was sooooo much better than XPO Logistics, like night & day experience.

Don't bother.. I picked them to ship equipment for me from Florida to Massachusetts. they totally botched. Gave me a quote then called me while my stuff was in transit to tell me it's over $1,000 more Said weights were off by 1500 even though the weight came directly from the manufacturer who made the equipment then they have Friday down as a delivery date and here it is the end of Monday and I've called to ask where it is and was told it's set up for delivery this week. I asked if I could get it tomorrow morning they said they can't promise me anything. I've paid an employee to sit here for 20 hours so far for a truck that isn't coming ???
