Don't rent from Aaron's, their customer service sucks. The manager from there is very unpleasant & don't care about customers. Thank God there's more furniture places. Bye!

Couch was supposed to be here by 1 pm today, I’ve tried calling I keep getting answered an hung up on! People have JOBS they have to go to, there is a TIME FRAME for a reason! The fact that you cannot answer the damn phone is crazy to me! Will never be going threw this store again.. but if my payment was 30 seconds late, they would be ALL OVER my phone

My frist time doing rent to own really bad experience bad communication. Supervisor was not helping neither never again will rent from them..Do not get electronics there; once they broke or not working still under warranty hard time to get it fix. Got a washing machine there got service twice came back they same way ....never again ??? nothing but frustrations calling business bureau for sure .

I have had nothing but frustration since I ordered furniture from here. After ordering online and payment was taken out of my account I received an email stating I would get a call to schedule delivery when the furniture came in. After 3 weeks and many phone calls to the store noone working there could answer me or when the furniture would be there and for me to call back when their supervisor was there. After a week of calling to reach the supervisor he finally got on the phone and said my furniture was there for over a week yet noone could tell me that. When the furniture was delivered to my house it was damaged and the delivery driver stated for me to call the store to reorder it. After another few days of unanswered phone calls I finally reached the supervisor who stated it is on backorder and they will notify me when it comes in. That was over a month ago and still haven't heard from them yet I am being charged the full amount for undamaged furniture. The next call I make will be for them to come get this damaged furniture and will go elsewhere to buy furniture from a different company. This has been nothing but a headache dealing with this. I knew from the beginning they charge a ridiculous amount to buy their furniture but I really liked the style of furniture I got and couldn't find it elsewhere but this isn't worth it.

If I could give them a zero I would. I had fallen behind due to being very sick and loss of my job. I started to receive money and started playing catch up with everything (I never have been behind before) I talked to a man believed his name began with a C took my first payment once I started up again waived fees stated he put notes in my account etc…. Set up a payment plan I called the day it was due because I had over 50 withdrawals from my account for Aaron’s at $0.00 and then the harassing phone calls from the GM..Told me there is no such thing as waiving feesTold me I can’t return the merchandise unless I pay for it - which I NEVER even got what I was supposed to be paying for.Just yesterday alone 8 calls, 4 text messages and a handful of emails. Tried calling them today to give them the date they can pick it up and no one answered. I’m absolutely done with this store. Use RAC never had any issues there and now I get my washer and dryer that I was supposed to have no hassle.

The management here is unprofessional, and disrespectful. I had poor customer service from Teresa and another woman in the office on more then one occasion. The disrespect was so bad I told them to come and take their merchandise back only for them to not pick it up multiple times. To avoid a headache and wasting your time try another Aaron’s or another business all together.

***WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!***If I could give them no stars I would! ONLY because of their StaffI never had any problems with the store or staff until Gabriel took over as the GM of this location.Opened an account with the Stafford ST Worceter MA location back in 9/20, had a great experience until 4-5 months ago when a Gabriel took over as GM of the store. My account had always been set up as a weekly Ezpay, for some reason (which they still cannot explain) the EZpay was removed from my account and I had the first dealings with Gabriel. He called to demand a payment when I explained on EzPay never had a payment problem with my account before, he basically called me a liar and proceeded to berate and demean me and basically start a fight. And that is just a small outline of the treatment I endured on a number of occasions from Gabriel and his staff specifically Lilly who I had the displeasure of dealing with this morning!**STAY AWAY FROM THE WORCESTER STAFFORD ST LOCATION They took what should have been an easy account and made it stressful and basically a HORRIBLE experience.Because of Gabriel and Lilly's treatment and lack of customer service,not once but every interaction i have had with them. I will never use Aaron's and I will make it a point to share my experience.-A very dissatisfied customer

I keep getting calls from this place andi do not even live in the state they are calling me from but I did 2 years ago. I have never stepped foot in an Ararons. I'm wondering if someone else has opened an account in my name since I have had this number forever. I will be pursuing this matter yeah that's all I need on my credit bc they neglected to do their checks properly

I swear if they don’t come deliver my stuff tonight. they came earlier way earlier than they were supposed to and instead of an hour heads up it was 5 minutes and they couldn’t wait 15 min they never even waited or came for that matter . And they said they were on there way back never showed … we emptied our room today and gave our child our mattress and got rid of there so now our room is empty…jokeP.s. we have cameras they never came at all and now they’re closed

Long story short I definitely had a awful experience.I was scheduled for delivery today between 3-5. Man confirmed time on Sunday the 15th.Then today my delivery day lady calls and tells me they are there. Which I’m flabbergasted because I got this call at 1 o’clock. Two hours early mind you. Which I’m getting frustrated because she’s telling me they will wait 5 mins. But you guys are two hours early I planned for the 3-5 slot. So why tell me one time when your not going by that clearly. Lady tells me fine they will wait 15 min. I said ok cool I get my husband to drop whatever he’s doing at his business to go to the house. He makes it there in 10 min.Lol guess what? No one is there so I call and she says they will be there soon 15 min. Ok 15 min passes I call again at 1:53 and she transfers me to another day and she getting snippy with me. But why? It’s on you guys showing up 2 hours early then come to find out your not even actually there. I need an actual time lol guess what another 15 min which actually was 30 min. Finally they show up smhJust a big mess you guys need to do better.

Great selection of furniture but Theresa was amazing. She really took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had with an honest answer and a smile. I called with a question about my order after delivery and she knew who I was and was ready to help and had a plan of action. I appreciate employees like her! Thanks again!

I just have gotten a new computer on Christmas Eve all the staff was great have done a great job. Eve when their was a problem with a computer the older geltman did great never had a problem

Luis & Shawon delivered my queen size bed today! They were fast & effecient. They were pleasant. I was so happy with the customer service!
