Have my taxes done at A@ A Accounting on Massasoit Rd, Worcester,MA. To my surprised I called back regarding a question about my taxes. The owner Gabriel answered the phone and mistakenly me for another person. He was offensive in the way he talked me and didn't apologize for his behavior. Gabriel didn't value a good customer. Do not recommend.

I consider myself a relatively smart person however, when it comes to taxes I am illiterate. Joan and Debbie are total sweet hearts and very knowledgeable! My family has been coming here for years, I highly recommend doing your taxes through here.

Gabriel The person working there at ( A&A Accounting) . is very bad service he has and he took our money was over $200 I don’t recommend everyone go to this office I have to call the IRS on him . He’s talking so weird on my kids when he’s talking with me .

After feeling disenchanted with my accountant of 10 years and their lack of response with tax questions and tax filings I decided to find another accountant. I saw A&A Accounting one night driving back from a movie and decided to give them a call. And, I'm glad I did! It was a night and day experience with so much less stress. Barbara handled all of my appointment scheduling and also a reschedule, she was very responsive and great to talk with. She's a real pro and you can tell she knows what she's doing. I worked with Gabe and was really happy with the process, bring everything in and he plugs all of the numbers in, I sign forms and he hits the button. He was helpful answering questions too which my previous accountant was not responsive. You can also send your docs in on their online portal, but I have to say the in person was really great. Getting it all done in that moment and knowing where I was at as a small business owner made this a relatively stress free process. I'm thrilled to have found my new accountant!

Gabriel met with my wife and I for almost an hour and gave us all the information we needed to get to complete our tax returns as well as check the status of them. We are both grateful he helped us figure out what the next steps were.
