7 14 24. I just tried to shop here at 5:25am. I was grabbing some pepsid ac, and cough drops. A nice young man came over and opened the locked up product. I then went and grabbed some cough drops. Because the two men were stocking shelves, I decided to try self check out. Big failure. I cried out for help. The other young man came and I brought to the register. This is where I learned this place sucks. He asked what happened and said all I had to do is hit continued. Then he proceeded to ring my order in. Never asked for my cvs card or offered me to put my phone number. I inquired. He smiled and started to do something.
I told him to keep the fn stuff. I will never come here again. This isn't the first time. He didn't want to give me my discounts. I go and buy the stuff somewhere else. I won't get my 10 bucks off, my additional 8 bucks, and half price on the other item. But I wasn't going to get it with him either.
I now understand why folks are walking out without paying. Being arrested is easier then checking out.

The pharmacists are kind of impatient. The time to wait is getting longer and longer. They are short staffs most of the time. Please hire more people and don’t overwork the employees. Thank you.

This would have been a 5 star review if we had a different pharmacist. Her name is Caroline ( If we remember correctly ),she is short and thin, long black hair, with big glasses. First of all, we were told the wait time was 60 minutes, 60 minutes! And then she told us the medicine was out of stock and was very rude when we pointed out her attitude. She even kept rolling her eyes at us when we talked to her and her manager!

Nobody at the pharmacy knows how to do their jobs nor do they care about the people using their services. Not to mention the fact that my husband and I have asked them to remove his parents phone number from his account as he is THIRTY and they continue to call his mother's number instead of his own. For two years. This place sucks.

Extremely poor pharmacist. They are unable to do a simple transfer of a prescription after waiting for a whole day. My new pharmacy has left several voicemails and I have left several voicemails but they simply do not respond. And the store manager has refused to transfer the call to the pharmacist stating that’s the cvs policy. Glad that I am moving away from cvs and would never use one. Manager refused to lift a finger on this issue and asked to me complain about this to the corporate store office.

I went to CVS on beale it's been my pharmacy for 13 years! I'm in a bad financial situation, I can't always pick up meds right away. Today I went to pick up new Rxs and ask about my old Rxs if it was still available? He ignored me like I was nothing and kept repeating that my current Rxs were filled and looked at me with a very nasty look! So did the guy at the pick up desk. Do better CVS they're closing so many of you, Karma is always right around the corner! VERY unprofessional! Kindness goes a long way!

Very Rude Staff, “New” I understand but not knowledgeable about how you do refunds is annoying and ridiculous. Daniella who she claims she is a manger of the store was rude and unprofessional and not knowledgeable about how to do different methods of refund to CVS customers even if she has the receipt in front of her and the purchase was done a minute before the request for the refund. Daniella who she claimed that she is a manger of the store will make me wait for 7-10 days to get my refund back than applying the refund toward other items I had and wanted to purchase at the same time. I will advise for another training period and to step back until the knowledge education is done. Refund methods are (Refund back to the card it was used- on a store gift card if the customer wishes or an exchange if the customer has other items to be purchased) ✅ Hopefully this will help and hopefully I won’t deal with her again. Thank you John you were polite associate all throughout the interaction.

Do not buy from this CVS. Staff are not helpful and can get the price correct as if you are purchasing online in CVS app.

Bad service from a middle-aged lady! I don’t know how she can still work there! She was extremely rude to me and even her coworker!After 5 years, this lady still works here. Extreme rude to customers! Side chat about customers loudly! Discriminate customers who are not fluent in English.

The lady which is working at the pharmacy window, who with the “purple “ hair’on, her attitude was extremely horrible. After 40mins sinces we’ve Been told the prescription would be ready in 20-30mins at (check in consultation), then we spent another 20mins on line to the pick up window, the person Hassan said he couldn’t find anything in the records on their computer, kicking me back to (consultation window) check on the status, and we asked for the prescription back in second time,(because she said the prescription is in progressing when we checked at the first time). ends up the lady who with the purple hair, she was just grabbed me back the prescription in front of her desk, how dare you told the patient to keep waiting for an hour and got nothing for them, and not even an apology, shame on you
