Very bad experience, they rob you in every way. First of all, we went to want to get a financed car and they poisoned our minds. We couldn't get a used car because we didn't have enough credit, so you would give us a year's lease to pay for it. At that point they would realize that we could keep the car and that later what we paid was not included in the contract to pay for the car. At that time they told us that we would pay for the car in 72 months and that it would cost 43,000 dollars, we said. between 5000 dollars which went to the one who sold us the car "according to" I found out a lease and at most one paid 3000 dollars so they scammed us. The year ended and according to what it was just a normal lease and now the car is I would have to pay a total of 60,000 dollars in 84 months and they gave us excuses so from my experience don't go to get cars in that place

Very Disappointed ⛔️
I had a disappointing experience with Woburn Toyota, especially considering I purchased a brand new car. First, I was informed there would be an extra charge for alignment, even though the car has only 1,100 miles and is already pulling to one side. I previously had a Honda, and they covered alignment under their warranty for new vehicles without any additional cost.
Second, Woburn Toyota doesn’t provide a loaner car without a fee. They wanted to charge me $50 per day for a loaner, even though the car is brand new and already having issues within the first month. Again, Honda provided a loaner at no charge when needed.
On top of these issues, they also wanted to charge a diagnostic fee for a brand new car, even though they couldn’t find the problem. This feels like Woburn Toyota is more focused on selling cars than on providing real customer support and satisfaction. My criticism is directed at the dealership’s policies, not the individual staff members, who were courteous. I would expect better service for a brand new car.

Very bad visit to Woburn toyota on 10/17 and zero response from the manager of the service department. My previous visit the service department were unable to locate my car 🚗 for over 25 minutes. I have learned the auto 🚘 technician was terminated. I find it sad 😔 to get the attention of anyone at woburn toyota I am forced to use Google revews .

Strange practices here. I pay a premium so i can be charged 350$ for 1 min worth of work and then lied to over the phone by Richard. I hope there is so,e legal issues that i can come back to.

Generally avoid this place unless you must see a Toyota service center only. In that case, there are others in the area worth trying.
They replaced the rotor and brakes on my 7 yrs old Camry. It started to make squeaking noise while reversing. I asked them to address it twice and they acted as if I was ridiculing them. The gulf gas station guy in Lexington fixed that for me finally two years later.
It has been 3 years going to them and they still misspell my first name. After 5-6 specialist informing me that they corrected it, it was still misspelled on the last invoice.

Fast and easy service with Woburn Toyota. In and out in an hour for regular maintenance. They even have video feedback of what was done on the car which is very much appreciated. Their lounge area upstairs is comfortable and fun for kids, as they have a ping pong table chairs that look out the highway.

I've been scammed and upsold to at other Toyota dealerships before, but I've never been full-on lied to until I came here! After checking the maintenance sheet myself, I realized that the $1200+ repairs I was told the car needed were entirely unnecessary (i.e. a brake replacement, even though I still had 5mm of brake pad left). He told me one had 2 mm and the other had 1 mm left 😇 they do Lyft you to and from the dealership, which is nice, so I'll give them 1 star for that.

Take your money elsewhere. They don't want you unless you want to finance your sale. Told the pushy manager, Sergio (?) that we were just looking and wanted to just be left alone. He was back 5 minutes later and we we reiterated that we were just looking, he turned and muttered something, like "F...in' dikes". So we started the buying process and just up and left....... muttering under our breaths "Gotcha"

This place completely tried to bamboozle me today! They claimed that I need new brakes because my rotors are warped; I took the truck for a second opinion at Mavis and they told me my brakes are perfectly fine and are actually in better shape than most cars with the mileage I have on mine!!! Woburn Toyota tried to get me to pay double what Mavis would have for something that was completely unnecessary. Unreal and only one of the many horrible experiences I’ve had here. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from Woburn Toyota or using their service department for anything.
