Peter was great -- very friendly and helpfulJoe was very nice, too. Not particularly outgoing, but that's OK. Very easy going as well.There was a third guy -- sorry, I didn't get his name, but he was the guy that "fixed" my windshield. He was...not so good. My car was in the shop longer than it needed to be because the wrong parts were ordered, but it was complete within a day. Shortly after, we noticed the windshield wiper fluid was not spraying. It took a while for us to take it back because of work, travel, and just that this car was low-priority because we don't use it much. This guy found and fixed the problem immediately, but was very rude. "What took you so long to bring it back?" was what I remember. As I was answering he turned his back toward me and walked away. I repeated my answer as he was walking back and he declined to make eye contact or engage, so...I guess the question was rhetorical? It seemed as if I really, really inconvenienced him for what was literally a 10-minute follow-up appointment that should have never happened in the first place.And it's a shame, because the rest of the guys did do its 4.5 star rating justice. This one bad apple, though, made sure I never come back.

My auto mechanic recommended this shop to have my windshield replaced and I see why. This is a family-owned business and every aspect of my experience was outstanding. There was a question as to whether it could be repaired or required replacement in order to pass inspection and they explained that while technically it would pass with just a repair there was a high probability that it would "spider" and crack again definitely requiring replacement. They said it would take between 3 and 4 hours and that was exactly what it took. The shop also replaces and repairs any glass, not just automobiles; windows, mirrors, etc. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place, super friendly and helpful staff, saved my week!!My car got broken into Saturday morning, but with all of the auto shops closed over the weekend I had to wait until Monday. I scheduled an appointment online with another glass company but the soonest they had available was Thursday, which would mean I'd have to get a car rental for a few days. I called these guys and they were able to get the glass for my passenger side window and fix it before 3pm same day!! I was super stressed out from this incident but they made the process extremely easy. Much appreciated and definitely recommend!!

We took a small bathroom window with double panr and wooden mullions to have the glass replaced It was a tricky job, but they fixed it and were one-third the cost of other vendors. Highly recommend!!

Very bad company,I visited him for inspection i have small trace for wiper and the failed me about that,i take my car i called mobile glass windshield he come fast and repair it ,I returned back to reinspect it agent said your break light failed !! Why you don't montione this yesterday !! Ok you forgot it you don't do your job you see only windshields bks you need money ! They charge me for 35$ normally is free bks second time i exit immediately i punch the bulb it work ,when I returned back agent told me you must pay again why? ,i a pay again 35$ only why bks I don't remplace windshield in his store!!!crusy and bad customer service i pay 105$ for nothing i will complain him to registry ,be careful about this business, if he didn't know you be sure that you lost your weights immediately is not recommended for new customers,one of agent he went to fight with me when i ask him bad communication .a lot of inspection centre around the street and offre excellent.service be careful new customer

very bad company,2 people working in inspection commnicate bad with customer,after failed if you return for retest they charge you again,be careful new customer is not recommended bad customer service!!!and be ready to be charged many time if you failed inspection

Blown away!! This place is great!My jeep windshield cracked. Super simple to set up an appointment. Dropped my jeep off the night before and got a call at 9am that it was done. Very helpful pointing out ways to keep the glass protected in the future. Throughout the whole process the people were super friendly and helpful. Insurance stuff they were just great. So glad to see there are still small family owned businesses that kick butt!! Thank you Woburn glass !!Support locals!!!

This is a small family owned business doing their best to succeed. They replaced my mirror at significantly lower cost than the dealer and replaced my windshield as well. They employ about 5 people and provided excellent customer service.

I have an antique bedroom set originally purchased for my mother in the 1920's. The mirror glass had been broken but Woburn Glass and Mirror replaced the glass and it is perfect! I checked several other companies and the price was very competitive. I am so very happy and the folks that work there are the best. Super friendly and helpful!

I recommend this company..the owner and employees are just amazing and professional! They went above and beyond to help us when we were in Boston because our rearview mirror came off the windshield...they took their time (at least 30 min) to help us get back to Canada safely and all this for free. THANK YOU!
