Jim the manager and Rachel up front are very helpful and courteous: however the rest of the staff do not care and their quality of repair is very below satisfactory. Took them 3 visits to fix my car correctly, give their repairs 6 months to a year and your bumpers will be hanging off due to them ordering cheap replacement parts that wont hold up. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Took my car to this center based on the recommendation of a dealership. Employees were extremely polite and helpful, specially Rachael.
Unfortunately the quality of of the repair is not up to a "certified center". i got my car back with scratched paint due to disassembly & reassembly, new painted areas look darker and the tire was replaced with an unknown brand as well.

After a serious collision, I initially brought my car to another shop, which fixed less than half of the problems with the car. I brought the shop to Woburn Foreign Auto Body to fix their mistakes, and they did a wonderful job. A special thanks to the GM Jim Cooper and Rachael at the front desk for expedient and thorough work!

Someone ran into my Explorer, of which was in MINT condition prior to the accident, and drove off.
Not an easy situation…
However, paradoxically, the staff made it easier at Woburn Auto Body because they were incredibly kind, efficient, and did an amazing job returning my vehicle to shiny as well as mint condition. Additionally, my Explorer was done a day earlier than planned.

They keep you well informed of the repair process by posting photos and sending links to them. I used them in conjunction with my insurance company, and things went pretty smoothly.

Service here was amazing. Paint job, dent removal and replacement of parts was done incredibly professionally and used high quality paint and parts. I highly recommend. Jim Cooper was incredibly helpful, honest, and communicative on the daily. It was effortless on my part. Jim and his team at Woburn Foreign Auto Body is incredible, and I will continue to use them in the future.

I had an older Saturn that was in an accident that had a water leak after the accident. They did a great job on the body work and they were able to finding the water leak in the truck and stop it.
