WB mason has been a pleasure to work with. Mia DiSeglio came into our office and introduced herself and has been so responsive and easy to work with. She is very communicative and professional. I appreciate how easy they are to reach .

I really don't know how people can write a good report about customer services. I ordered 14 water jugs. They delivered them on the day we were closed and left me with the 14 full jugs and 14 empty jugs. I am here with 28 jugs in an office where there is no more place for the customers to sit. It has been a week now. I called them three times. They kept transferring me from one person to another to tell me that they couldn't guarantee that these jugs will be picked up today and I am less than half a mile away from them. This is not the first time that it happens. Every delivery is followed by a week of embarrassment in from of my clients. Shame on you WBMASON!

Excellent.. 1st order-I order coffee online and it was delivered the next day to my home before 8:00amI've made several purchases since and they have always been delivered on time. I've met a couple of the drivers who made the deliveries and they have been very nice.

Go to a smaller family owned business even if you have to pay a little more and be happy!

I want to give zero stars. They absolutely never deliver when they say they will. Change the status on orders to not say "out for delivery " when you are not going to deliver that day!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Our company has worked with them for over 5+ years. We paid for two desk installations beginning of September 2019, it is now 11/27/19 and still only one desk. The installation crew told us on Day 1 that everything was wrong. What we were promised and paid for cannot happen and no refunds given but more quotes to make our vision work. Now no one is responding to calls, voicemails, emails. What kind of company doesn't respond? They took the payment and commission and now disappeared. Very disappointed.

I have three contacts over at WBMason ranging from managers, to sales, to design. They are awful at getting back to me. I have a project with them which is timely and I emailed so many times to get a project status and called a cell to finally talk to someone. I followed up with another email and still no response from anyone. One time i even had to call WBMason customer service to try to find someone over there to actually answer my emails or call me back!!! It was ridiculous. Rhonda Lockwood (customer service) is fabulous by the way. WBMason needs to be better about emailing their clients back or keeping their clients in the loop. I still don't even know what's happening with my project... I may go somewhere else for my furniture needs if i don't hear back soon.
