I went in today on a whim just to see what the process would be like to trade in my iPhone for a newer model and ended up walking out with the newest iPhone and a cheaper phone bill. Ana was so helpful from explaining the trade in promotion to helping set up my new phone to getting me discounts I didn’t even realize were available for me!
