I am beyond impressed with the UPS Store in Woburn, especially with Jason, who is truly exceptional. Jason is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional authorized notary—every document he has notarized for me has been accepted without any issues, which has been a huge relief. I know this because I’ve had documents notarized elsewhere that were rejected (apostille and other real estate related documents from California) but since I started going to Jason, I’ve never had a single problem. He is meticulous, efficient, and really knows his stuff. On top of that, Jason, along with the rest of the team, provides such efficient and friendly service. Whether I’m shipping packages, or getting documents notarized, they always ensure everything is done right and fast. The store is well-organized and clean. I can’t recommend this location enough! Jason and the Woburn UPS Store team, hands down, are the best I have seen in the business - not amongst UPS stores but also all logistics businesses I have been to.

Just dropped off an Amazon return to the Woburn location and the young man behind the counter was extremely courteous.. top notch customer service skills which is a bit rare these days!!!

I have been shipping with Jason and Lori at this location for years. Always fast friendly service. I have large difficult items that are fragile containing light bulbs and they always wrap and box them so they arrive intact and on time. Very pleased

Fantastic service and people; 1000/10 recommend this UPS store! The staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond for our company and personal shipping needs. They make shipping any size package seamless and easy and always maintain efficiency without compromising on quality. I cannot say enough good things in regard to the staff at this location. The the two gentlemen were professional, patient and good humored as I had a return label issue that they helped solve. I highly recommend this location and will be doing business with them in the future.
