ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! They don’t answer phones calls all day at all and fail to deliver simple packages. Taking my business mailings to their competitors. Absolute fail. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I never leave reviews I don’t have time for them but if I could leave minus 5 stars to this location and the person in charged I would. I called and they said there are walk-ins between 9 am to 10am I was waiting on line there for 20 minutes since 9:38 and when I get to the representative she asks this guy with glasses if we still can take a walk in and he says no it’s 10 am I said I have been waiting in line all this time he denied to help me. He told me no you had to be in line between that period I said I was but he did not want to help me. I work in customer service worst customer service I have ever seen. He seemed like he did not want to be there and hates his job. You guys need to put more welcoming people willing to help your customers. I wasted my time to come here for no reason.

I was there this morning and had to mail two letters internationally and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helped me out a lot. Thank you for that. :-)

Got there 5mins late because of heavy traffic and was told my passport appointment was closed. Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent employees

Terrible service, I went to get my daughter's passport and the man was very rude and bad-tempered until he took my daughter's photo, very bad experience, he did everything quickly and with a very bad attitude, he didn't even give me time to see If I did all the paperwork well, I felt discriminated against on his part. He spoke to us very ugly and with a bad attitude.

Place is impossible to get in contact with by phone, not sure if there short staffed or what the deal is but very frustrating as I’m trying to call about a package delivery issue and don’t want to have to drive over an hour to get there

It seems that one of my packages was either stolen or lost upon arrival to Woburn from California. I called and spoke with a man named Chris, and it was by far one of the most pleasant USPS experiences I’ve had!
