Brought my tire in after it got a puncture. Steve was able to find a nice replacement and set me up with time to swap it over

I walked into the shop without an appointment for a possible flat tire but Steve was able to take me in even though the store was super busy. He was able to get the car in earlier and get everything fixed for me.

Steve was able to get us in and out for our appointment. Steve even upgraded our selected tire at no cost.
