I have been a Total Moving customer for over 4 years and to date I have not had any problems with boxes or belongings disappearing inside the boxes. There have been delays but the box arrived. It has also happened that the IRS opened my box and left a piece of paper inside notifying me that the box had been inspected.

Good morning, passing by because December 2022 I looked for total moving express to send 5 boxes to Brazil, today December 10, 2023 a year later I only received 4 boxes and all of them were missing items, there was one that came practically empty, in addition to have retained one. Detail there was nothing illegal in the boxes, just kitchen stuff. This is absurd and I swear to everyone that I will take action and they will pay for every penny of my missing things.

Worst moving company ever! I sent my box to Brasil 3 years ago, it never arrived and when I contact them through WhatsApp, they ignore my messages and don't answer me anymore. Terrible company, zero ethics to deal with customers. My loss was around 3 thousand dollars.
