Becky at this Woburn store was so helpful. I had a box of Verizon equipment to return following their instructions to just "bring to any UPS store". Becky helped me understand the additional information needed and I was able to easily find it on another piece of paper in the box (hint: the "MA" number). With that number she took care of it all. Done. Easy.
Why is this so special? Because three days earlier, I took same box to UPS in Arlington Heights. They made me leave. "what were they supposed to do?". Told me to call Verizon. They were supposed to be like Becky in Woburn.

Me and my wife have always received great service here; amazing and friendly staff— Becky & Sajal
We have used this store for shipping valuable items across the country and internationally as well, perfect packaging service all the time.
My last service was getting a number of documents notarized by one of the staff.
PS If you go there with your little ones don’t forget to ask for lollipops! They’ll gladly give it to the kids.

This is a great UPS location! Everyone working here is friendly, and I was always greeted when came in even it when it was for a quick check of my mailbox. I rented a mailbox at this location for two years and I never had any issues.When I moved out of state, the lady working there offered to extend my box for a month for free, and willing to ship any letter I may get during the transition. I am very pleased with the service I got.
