Great selection of gear plus friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are high but appropriate for the top-of-the line equipment they sell. Tip: go at the end of a season for sale prices.Mitch was awesome! He had expert knowledge of the equipment and was friendly and easy to work with. He also had admirable patience with my intermediate skier girlfriend who had a million questions about buying equipment for the first time. Give this guy a raise!

My partner and I had a fantastic time at Sun & Ski Sports. With the help of Eric, we each bought boots and skis that we are so happy with. Eric was outstanding and very patient, taking hours to make sure we could sample available boots. He was very welcoming and never made us feel like we took a lot of his time. He even added in a special heel riser to one pair of boots to improve the fit, something we would have never thought of. I could not recommend Eric more highly for a boot fitting experience!

Came in with a missing screw on my binding (which I hadn’t even bought there), and a couple people were great in finding me a fix that worked but especially Douglas. Really appreciated them helping me for a product that wasn’t even theirs.

I haven't been skiing in five years and yesterday went to Sun & Ski for my first boot fitting ever. I'm so glad I did because I met Jared who took care of all my needs and made a recreational skier like me feel welcome. I also found out while there that my Marker bindings are no longer warrantied by the company, so after thinking it over (for 10 seconds lol) I decided to purchase new skis/bindings as well. I'm so excited to test out my new equipment at Sunapee later this month. Thanks Jared!UPDATE: Sun & Ski Woburn continues to knock it out of the park on the customer service end. I phoned the store today to confirm that the skis I ordered would be prepped and the bindings adjusted to fit my new boots. Spoke to Raymond who confirmed everything is on target. He could not have been any more helpful than he was and I'm so happy that I now have the Woburn store as my new mountain sports home base! Thanks Raymond!

They couldn't mount my binding to my new skis nor remount my new bindings to my new skis. I was trying to make use of used equipment but they told me it was too old, 8 years so go to another place that wasn't aligned with manufacturers. I did buy from them previously and had a good experience.

Havn’t went skiing in over 20 years .Soon as snowboards came out I started snowboarding. Last year I decided to pick up skiing once again, leaving me completely oblivious to the changes in ski technology.over the years.Decided on Sun & Ski Sports - Woburn Ma.I spoke with Sale rep Ben he was very informative explaining to me all the differences they’ve made over the years.I felt very comfortable speaking with Ben as he explained to me what product was best for my style of skiing and why I should purchase one product over another . I left feeling confident with my purchase of skis, boots and poles . Overall experience was 5 stars .Thank you Ben

Just went to go pick up skis I ordered online and everyone was so incredibly helpful! I was able to get fitted for new boots and the person helping me was great at helping me figure out which style would suit me best. He must have had to run to the back at least 7 times but he was so pleasant about it and never made me feel like I was taking up his time. I was even able to get the bindings put on while at the store as well! No one made me feel uneducated or talked down to me and they answered my questions and helped get the right equipment for me. 100% will travel the hour to make to this store specifically from now on.
