I called and spoke with a person at this store about if they had an item in stock. I gave them the item number from the website and they said they have 16 in stock, then when I show up, they didn’t have any in store.

I came in today to purchase toner for my printer at a price $40 higher than Amazon because I wanted that same day. Unfortunately, after walking into the empty store, I brought the toner to the checkout desk. There was one kid helping someone else out at self check out. Was one other person setting up some floor decoration I left the toner at the checkout and ordered it on Amazon.

Bad experience overall. The store is not the same like it was before. More dead and less lively, so sad.

When I need ink, I need it NOW, just a short drive away. The cashier was also super patient helping me get the app on my phone.

Pointless to have self-serving printers if the ink is off and you have to email your documents else where so they can reprint them only to get wrong copies and be punished by employee that printed wrong documents. Apparently its ok to make a customer wait 30 mins for your mistake.

Every time I go there to print something, it's a struggle. The machines are either out of order or the verification of the card doesn't work. It's really impossible to print something there. It's very annoying
