They had one teller at 12pm on a Tuesday, the day after a holiday. I just left before I got help. What kind of bank has one teller, the day after a holiday around lunch time. Poor service.

Well! Where do I start? Yesterday, I went to the 2A Elm St branch in Woburn for money withdrawal. What I thought would be a simple transaction turned out to be a total disappointment.
