Pretty disappointed and wish I checked this location out before signing up. I belonged to the Wilmington and Reading clubs for many years so I was expecting a similarly appointed and well kept property. Nope. It's small, cramped, dingy, humid, the LED displays on ALL the machines are dying. The overhead lights were flickering. Everything looks dirty even in the dark. Needs a little TLC to say the very least.

I would like to give 0 star. The manager confronted me because I had my GYM bag (I thought the name was already kind obvious) told me it was house rules that no one could carry their gym bag there. I asked where I could put my gym bag and he told me there was no locker and I could put it at behind the counter, seriously? I read the comments and honestly based on them and my personal experience this manager should not work there

Constantly cold water in the showers, usually with no warning. Long time member getting tired of this.

So I went to this gym and all I got to say is that this gym is one of the worst planet fitness gyms I ever been too not only is it broken down it is dirty and disgusting they need better equipment most of the machines have issues ..... please some one do something about this ......

This place should be called Planet "I Phone".
Women get on the Smith Machine and do ungodly amount of pelvic thrust sets, and in between each set they text, update their Facebook page, dance and god knows what else on their I Phone.
Nothing more annoying than having to wait an inordinate amount of time for a machine.
Put the phone away and workout!
Time for a new gym.

Helpful staff, friendly. Clean locker rooms. Never too crowded, but my hours are not before/after work. Can never understand why some members won't wipe down machines after themselves, but you often see staff cleaning machines.

I would say it’s a great gym considering the price…staff like Victoria make it a much more pleasant place!

Recently canceled my membership after years of being a member. This gym is small and overcrowded, dirty, and most of the new cadio machines have digits out on the screens. The parking lot is not well lit either.If you're into standing around waiting for teenagers to be done socializing on equipment, then this is the place for you.

Useless staff. Members are mean, yell and make fun of others and staff simply tells the victim to "avoid those people".Fairly terrible place. Uncomfortable to be in locker room. But $10 is cheap as it can get so there is that..
