I really try to support our local businesses especially local farms but I'm done with this place after 2 rude encounters in a row. First, got yelled at for parking in front of the place because the lady thought I was parking for soccer across street (no I was coming to your business to buy mums). I let that slide and went back this year again for mums and asked if they had loam and the lady working (different from previous year) said she doesn't know. I tried to ask a follow up question and got cut off with a second "I. DONT. KNOW." with some serious tone. Just walked right away after that. If you want plants or farm fresh produce, go to Pond View Gardens or McCues down the street where you won't be berated for simple questions or parking.

Yesterday I would’ve raved about it for the selection and prices. Not so much today. I was coming back from Burlington so I stopped there with a piece of fruit that I bought yesterday which had a big rotten spot on it which I had not noticed. I asked to exchange it. I was treated very rudely. The woman (who is usually there) said to me, “I can’t believe you came all the way here for this. You shouldn’t come here anymore.” I definitely won’t.

I would've raved about it yesterday but not today. Yesterday I was thinking great selection and prices. I bought some nectarines at 2.50 a pound yesterday. At home I discovered one had a big rotten spot on it. On my way back from another errand I stopped in to exchange it. I was insulted by the cashier's aunt, who I assume is one of the owners. She said "Are you kidding me? You came all the way here for that? You shouldn't come back here." I certainly won't.
