Used their service twice.First time delivered on time. Second time the shipper did not include my apt number in the address. Called Optima at 7 am and received a call back quickly. Under 1 min got my problem solved and even asked how I would like the package to be delivered. Definitely not as terrible as other reviewers stated here.

Ordered a package from Zara. I received the email stating it was delivered. It was nowhere in sight. Two customer service reps insisted that it was delivered, but I suspected it must've been misdelivered.The second rep I spoke to sent a photo of the package. I was able to trace it by going from one building to another in my condo complex until I found it at the WRONG address. Delivery drivers need to pay close attention to clearly marked labels!

WOW just WOW!!! This is ridiculous. Second delivery from ZARA and nothing has arrived. Website states it's delivered! but nothing. This courier should be shut down! As stated by another user Shame on ZARA for keep working with this monstrosity of a Company!!!!

Unreliable. Carriers seem to ignore the prompts to deliver packages in the right location. Packages specifically from Optima are always a hit or miss, because they are left carelessly in lobbies where there are CLEAR instruction re: mailroom and right place to deliver packages provided on buildings, doors, walls.Also poor customer service.

Very terrible company , I was suppose to receive my package 11-08-2023 @ 9 pm and nothing ever came . the website says it’s out for delivery . They told me multiple times I will receive my package TODAY and well the day is almost over and I didn’t receive anything . I am highly upset and very disappointed. This company is no good . They have terrible customer service as well .

I got my package today 9/27/23. It was dropped off in the yard on the grass near the chain link fence gate.Anyone could have gone by a taken the box.was not happy with the delivery.

Worst place would not go through them never received my order after they marked it as delivered. Told me I would receive it everyday but never did would never recommend they suck. Wish I could give zero stars

I would give this zero stars. I stayed home from work today to wait for my package. No truck or car ever showed up on my street and I got a notification "cannot be delivered, business closed". It's not a business address it's a home address and no car or truck ever went on my road. I tried to contact their business and they said they will respond in 24/48 business hours. This is a Friday, so I won't get a call until Monday or tuesday? So I pay for an overnighter package and I won't even hear from them on where it is until 4 days from when my order was placed?! A scam

Had an order from Zara. It said it delivered. At front door never delivered at all is very unfortunate that we work hard for our stuff and these people are stealing our packages. I’m taking this to the full extent. It’s the principle.

***Update after speaking with Chris at Optima -- Changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, read below***I called Optima today to understand what happened to my package. After reading the reviews, I was driving myself crazy looking all over my property for a package that might have gotten thrown out a car window. Like literally looking in the woods and behind bushes. Today I spoke with Chris and he informed me that Optima doesn't service my area anymore and my package was returned to Zara. Chris was pleasant and informative and therefore I am increasing the rating from 1 star to 3. Not higher because it would have been nice to know what was going on and not have my package show as delivered when it clearly wasn't, and saved me from a weekslong scavenger hunt.‐-------‐-----------------------------------I placed an order with Zara and they use this horrible company as a courier service for last mile delivery. My delivery date came and went and for several days the tracking said the package was out for delivery and the package wouldn't arrive. Last week I called and spoke to someone who assured me the courier was picking up the package that day and would deliver before 5p. Nothing. A week later, the package is showing as delivered, I still haven't received anything. Based on the other reviews here, the couriers are either stealing the packages or dumping them somewhere and claiming to have delivered. I am so disappointed in Zara for continuing to accept this behavior from a logistics partner and for merely opening a case and not refunding my purchase!

Ordered from Target and was informed that my package would be delivered within 2 days by Optima Shipping. I've never heard of them before and curiously checked them out online.The number of negative reviews left me apprehensive - I was sure they were either going to steal my package or toss it on my roof.Thankfully, I received my package on time, kindly left on my doorstep as usual.Five stars from me - looks like nobody was looking to swipe my $1.99 Sinful Colors Nail Polish in "Go, Go Girl Red".

My Zara order was “delivered” and when I went outside to grab it less than 10 mins later, there was nothing there. I contacted customer service and they sent me a picture of the package at my door. Someone stole it within 10 mins? Don’t think so… Horrible company. Will never order from Zara again if they use this company.

If I could leave a zero I would . This is the second time I have not received my order from Zara. First time I was told the driver quit and took all the packages with them. How can that happen??? Second time been told it has been out for delivery for 2 days and still nothing!!! What is wrong with this company. And shame on Zara for using them over and over again. Also no one answers the customer service number this is the worst company and should be shut down
