Do yourself a favor and RUN to any dealership EXCEPT NUCAR LANNAN CHEVROLET OF WOBURN! You'll be sorry if you buy a car from them! Once they get your money, you are a NOBODY to them. The service manager will NOT return a call. No one answers the phone either. Buying a car from NUCAR LANNAN is the biggest mistake I have ever made! The service manager tells you what you want to hear, but you'll never hear anything from him after! STAY CLEAR OF THIS JOINT UNLESS YOU'RE A GLUTTON FOR PUNISHMENT...SERIOUSLY!!!!!

I brought my 2016 Chevy Malibu to Lannan 3 times over the past 9 weeks because it was having problems with the engine. 3 times they handed me the keys saying it was good to go when it was not. I stalled out twice on the highway and once in the middle of a Boston intersection during rush hour. It was clear Lannan did not care for my safety or my cars safety when they told me my car was fixed. They convinced me into replacing the catalytic converter (about $2k) the second time i brought it in and it did not fix anything. I left voice mails to the Service Manager and never received calls back. My car sat in their lot for 5 weeks straight before it was brought in and "fixed". They either did not know what they were doing or knew the problem and did not want to fix it. I ended up trading my car in and buying a new car at a different dealership.George, the Service Representative, was friendly and always helped me out with Lyft rides, he is the only good part of my experience.

I took my 2021 Chevrolet to Lannon in Woburn on 6/23/23 for warranty work. They had my truck all day. When I went to pick it up at 4:30, I was told they never looked at it. George told me they didn't look at 22 cars that day which they were supposed to be looked at. Hint to Lannon, if you cannot fix automobiles, stop taking appointments!Now I have an appointment on July 17th 2023 to have it fixed. When I spoke to the person making the appointment today, I asked him if my truck would be looked at that day, he told me they will try to have it looked at.What a HORRIBLE dealership! They take your money when you buy the car but then want nothing to do with you after.

Terrible buying experience. We were in the market for a new Tahoe and visited Nucar in late April - they didn't have much inventory so we went on our way. We got a call to see if we were still interested, which we were, but explained they didn't have any coming that fit our criteria. They told us we could order a 2023 Tahoe now, and it would be ready in 5 months. This piqued our interest since everything we were looking at was a 2022 and everything sounded good, so we went in and put the deposit down. We got a call this week that our car is in - Great 2 months ahead of schedule. Wrong. It's a 2022 and it's black and not Ash gray as we ordered. The first explanation was the manager quit and that somehow messed things up. Then I go in and the first person I see was Justin, the "manager" who told me they could get me a 2023. They offered no explanation and told me if I didn't want the wrong car they ordered that Chevy couldn't build the 2023 until probably Oct/Nov timeframe. A very sleazy sales experience and a waste of 3 months that I could have been dealing with a more professional Chevy dealership.

I purchased a brand new Chevrolet 2022 in November 2021, a month after purchase. The car started to have mechanical issues that I had to take it back to the dealer to see what's going on with my car. The dealers held it for 2 days and gave it back still having the same problems as before. Since then I've had to take my car to the dealership 2-3 times a month for the same issue. No one on the team had any solution with the issue about my car. I feel very upset and sad that when you're in a position where no one is listening to you and that you feel like there isn't a solution. I have lost 80,000 dollars on a car that I haven't been able to enjoy for a day.

This is an update to my review: I spoke to the corporate director of the ownership group and he was the first person who was kind, sincere and apologetic. While I don't believe the employee at hand had any reason to talk about me or do what she did, the director made me feel heard and validated and showed me respect that should've been on the ground. Nucar just bought this dealership. Give them sometime to straighten it out and I believe it will be better because he was incredibly kind and valued me as a person.
