“Have only had positive experiences. They personally called when there was an odd incident with a phone call from someone impersonating my father trying to find out the balance on his account. Thanks to their vigilance, I filed the odd report to the Woburn police which helped them establish a pattern and arrest a check fraud suspect. Unfortunately my father wrote a check from a different bank as a tip to his newspaper carrier ( the suspect) and that account was compromised and the source of identity theft. Our Northern account was never compromised and they even toughened up their online security shortly after this incident.”

“Kristi is amazing! I needed something notarized and I have my 10 month old granddaughter with me that I won’t bring into a grocery store during covid. Kristi came out and did the whole thing outside for me even though it was cold and windy. That is service! She is such a nice person. “The only real problem is that they have done landscaping over the municipal property that leads to the federal property of the mailbox in front.
I hope this is brought to the attention of the manager before I petition the city of Woburn to rezone them.
Put up a sidewalk for goodness sake! People are going to get killed going to the mailbox!”
