I have been using muddy paws since my dog was a baby, (7 years). I like how she has the same walker for a long period of time, so they actually get to know her.We have seen our dog interact with couple of the walkers, (Jenn and Devin) and she adores them. That is always a relieve to see!! They communicate with you after every visit, and often include photos, which I love.Very, professional, reliable, trustworthy, and really seem to care for your dogs well being.

♥️ We can't overstate how happy we are with Muddy Paws. We have been using them for several years now when we travel, and all of the petsitters/housesitters have been wonderful and so good with our boy Fleetwood. He was a pandemic rescue from the south who went through treatments for Heartworm when he first came to live with us, and the Muddy Paws staff treated him with kindness, understanding, and love, which helped ease our minds when we had to be away from him during that period. Most recently, we just got married last week, and knowing that Fleetwood was in good hands during our destination wedding and honeymoon was invaluable. Thank you Muddy Paws! We love you and so does Fleetwood!!xo,Nancy & Rich

We've been using Muddy Paws for three years, and we've never had a walker that wasn't awesome! We trust Muddy Paws walkers to treat our dogs as if they were their own. One of our dogs had special needs, and Muddy Paws went above and beyond to work with us. I can't say enough good things about Muddy Paws!

DO NOT USE MUDDY PAWS. THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR SUPPORT. I initially enjoyed using the services at Muddy Paws. I had a wonderful meet and greet session with Melanie who was lovely and my dog took a liking to her. Melanie is amazing. However the woman who runs the business, Jena Howard, needs to learn some manners. I had a TERRIBLE experience with her. For starters, no one mentioned that the person whom you do the meet and greet with will not be the only person coming to complete the services requested. I had scheduled a 30 minute visit for someone to come take my dog out for a walk and at a certain time during the day. It wasn't until 2 hours AFTER my scheduled service that someone showed up to my house to walk my dog. Mind you my dog hasn't met this person yet, which worried me because she can be shy. I was extremely disappointed that no one from Muddy Paws contacted me that my original dog walker could not make the time requested, as it was already approved. And instead sent a male to the house hours AFTER my requested time. To begin with, who made the decision that I needed someone at that time? Not me? For all they know I could've been home by then. Instead of contacting me, Jena decided to send someone else to my house hours after I requested without reaching out to me first. Now, we have ring cameras on the outside of the house and we noticed a gentleman trying to break into the house - trying all doors and side windows to get a way in. With my dog home alone inside barking up a storm. We had nothing else to do besides call the cops, as there is an unfamiliar man trying to get into the house hours after our requested time, so to us it could not have been muddy paws. I've come to realize that Jena sent someone else to my house, and hours later - unsure why she made this call on her own. I tried calling as the company's phone number is listed but of course no answer. I begun to exchange emails with Jena leaving her my number and asking her to contact me SEVERAL times without her reaching out. By the time the cops got there, the man was gone and no where in site. I've asked Jena to inform me on what the male dog walker was wearing so that we would no if it was him or someone else trying to break in. she was not responding to me and I was rushing on my way home at this point to make sure everything was okay. I get inside my home and find a cell phone on the kitchen counter (apparently the dog walker locked his phone inside my home and was unable to get back inside since the code to the lock was on my profile online). And I see Jena texting the dog walker "Prefacing this by saying ***'s owner and father are nuts: Can you please let me know what...""Can you please let me know what you had on today so I can deal with these lunatics?"Jena, the owner of Muddy Paws, referring to my family as nuts and lunatics. I wonder how she would have acted if a stranger was trying to break into her home to get his phone back when no one communicated with her that the original dog walker was unavailable and that no one was able to come at the time requested. Jena is a poor business owner. Her mannerisms are outstandingly upsetting. And how she treats her customers is so shocking that I'm surprised she is still in business. Ive read many reviews of her company after this incident and I cannot believe I was blinded to all of this. I most certainly will never use muddy paws and I do not recommend it to anyone. For Jena's lack of character and care for the world and people - she should not be running a business.

I was loyal customer and happy with our dog walker. Unfortunately the dog walker left the company and I never heard from the owner. I had to contact her a week after the dog walker told me they were leaving. I asked her who would be the replacement. Her response was that she doesnt have enough dog walkers. No apology for leaving me in a lurch. Could have at least reached out to me to give me a heads up. Not very professional.

I emailed 3 times asking to see if my dog was a good fit/following up and didn't receive a single response even after my original email was in response to them! Very disappointed as I would have loved to utilize this service.

The owner (Jena) completely lacks all decorum of professionalism. I have a very timid dog (notes made upon intake) and when she decided to change our normal dog walker that we had for two years; absolutely no notice was provided or given. When I inquired to see if she would be returning, Jena acted as if I was bothering her. Also, I had a billing dispute with her ($20) and instead of engaging in a conversation (I tried several times) she refused to respond or answer. Clearly she did not want nor appreciate my business so I left. I did not reduce services during the pandemic and continued as a loyal customer so the whole situation is really quite unfortunate. But again, business decorum is completely lacking so not surprised.

My dog LOVES muddy paws. It's literally the best thing in his life. If you need your dog to socialize or get some fresh air while you're at work, call them!

My dog, Max, has been going for group dog walks twice a week with Carla. She is great and Max LOVES her (almost more than me I think!!). She is so careful to only pair him with dogs that will accept him and play nice. He is super friendly 7 month old and can sometimes be annoying to other older dogs. She knows how to read these dogs and will not chance any sort of questionable behavior from the dogs. I can totally trust her with Max and know he will be in good hands.Jena has also been very responsive to emails and messages and is very helpful in arranging Max's walks. I highly recommend them!!

Everyone at Muddy Paws is great! When we first signed our dog up, Jena had herself, Cat and Jovia meet her so everyone could get to know how she is and determine which dogs to match up with her for walking. Cat and Jovia are great with our dog and very patient with her high energy! They are very flexible with setting up walks based on our schedule and quick to reply if we have updates. We also love the notes and photos at the end of the walk to let us know how she was!

Jena, please don't try to fabricate the story just for a few bucks. My dog is passive as can be. You guys were unprofessional and did not do what was asked. Paid reviews won't get you anywhere.

Muddy paws is a great service. Their people know what they are doing. We rely on them a lot and they always come through. Management is responsive if there is ever an issue or if you have a last-minute request they will try to accommodate you. Reasonably priced and different levels of service at different prices allows you to customize. Scheduling visits is via online calendar which is easy to use.

we've use Muddy Paws for 6 years, and have nothing but praise for them. the walkers and sitters clearly love animals, and give excellent care. they are energetic, enthusiastic about their jobs, and provide a very enjoyable experience for our animals. our dog is happy when walkers arrive, and especially enjoys walks with other dogs. we've used sitters in our home during vacations, and all has gone smoothly. the texts from Muddy Paws are informative and often have photos. when on vacation, we were able to easily communicate by text about issues that came up, and this gave us a lot of reassurance. overall, they are just the best !!!

I have used Muddy Paws for over 10 years, and absolutely love them. Professional and reliable for taking care of my 11 year old and now also my 2 year old. They love my dog like their own while boarding and they are both always so excited to see Jena and her team to pick them up for their walks. I would 100% recommend their services (and have many times over the years).
