These guys are the elite, best of the best. I had them install Crawford Billet Power Block and a Takeda CAI. My tuner couldn't believe the size of the induction it created and was nervous about potential leaks... I have been going to Motive Auto Works for 10+ years for all of my Subaru services. Alberto is a great guy who is very transparent and has a very high standard for his work. His services are both a higher quality and a better value than going to a dealership. I refer anyone I know who needs work done on their Subaru to him.

These guys are just amazing. They fix what needs to be fixed, but are always mindful not to overcharge, or insist that something needs fixing that doesn’t. My A/C died last summer and they were amazing, getting my car in as quickly as possible. I’ve been taking my Forester to them for maintenance, and never have to wait more than a day or two for an appointment. They’re also the nicest, and friendliest, and explain the repairs needed in a straightforward manner (as a woman, I can say they have never “mansplained” - and I can’t tell you how awesome that is). I guarantee, whatever kind of driver you are, and whatever Subaru you have, they are just fantastic.

Rob did a great job on the installation of my Cobb j pipe, tomei single exit exhaust, boomba BPV, he even downloaded stage 2 plus 93 octane tune into my access port for me. I appreciate the fight you had to deal with the turbo studs after not being touched for 6 years haha. 2015 wrx. I will defiantly be back for future installs. Thank you.

These guys did an awesome job. It wasn't necessarily cheap, but the pricing was fair and I think their work is top notch. I brought my '10 Subaru Forrester, which I had just purchased and was having poor gas mileage with. I had already brought the car to a local Subaru dealer for inspection and tune up, but they didn't fix the issue. A number of shops said that it probably wasn't even worth trying to fix.Rob diagnosed the issue to the spark-plugs and found some other problems that were worth fixing. The car is idling better, shifting smoother, and has much better millage.

I went to Motive Auto Works 6 months ago to get my brake pads/rotors replaced. Alberto's team was very quick and efficient and got the job done.. with one caveat. They found a clip to hold in one of my brake pads was missing and I'd have to reschedule to get that part back in. So I rescheduled, and they charged me over $200 for this minor fix. I would have given these guys five stars for fixing up my brakes but what they did was sketchy and they definitely overcharged me for that minor fix, and I even question if they did that themselves. I probably won't be back and will be going to a different shop that specializes in Subarus, there are a ton around the area that will get the job done the first time and not overcharge their customers.

I don't usually write reviews but Jason deserves a recognition for a job well done and I have no problem recommending them to others. Honest, trustworthy and really good in what he does. He will work on your car just like he would do on his car, and that work ethic speaks a lot about Jason and the rest of the team at Motive.
