I had an issue recently with a lost password to my laptop. It was critical that I retrieve several documents from the laptop. Mike was able to get into the machine and retrieve the docs. He and everyone at Mikrodots was very prompt, courteous, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend the Mikrodots team for technological or cybersecurity issues. Thank you.
