I started going to MBSC when I was in middle school and now I’m in grad school. I go to the adult group with my mom now, and we have so much fun. I have had different coaches and they are all amazing. I love Megan because she is always challenging me and is very encouraging. She also does chin-ups with me to help motivate me. Steve is good too.

I had an incredible experience at MBSC, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Megan and Tim were fantastic trainers. Their expertise and dedication made every session a rewarding and enjoyable experience. The facility is top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. If you're looking to achieve your fitness goals, MBSC with Megan and Tim is the place to be! 5 stars all the way.

I attend the 5:45am adult functional training class with Nico. I started going to Boyle after chronic back problems put me in the hospital, and no physical therapy seemed to be helping. Nico worked with me to correct the muscle imbalances that were causing my back issues. Been almost a year since I've started and no back problems since, plus I've never felt stronger! You won't find a better, safer, and more knowledgeable fitness operation than MBSC...best of the best.

I’ve had Megan as my Trainor for about one year and I’ve improved after every workout significantly. She is really nice and always pushes me to be the greatest. I also have Courtney who is really nice and gives great advice. Katie and Alex were interns when I was with them, they are both very nice and funny. Overall there is no other experience that can beat MBSC.

MBSC is a great place to workout at. The environment is always great as well. Coach Megan Lynch is someone who I would recommend. She is a great mentor, coach, and person. She also has pushed me to be the best that I can be.

My 7th grader has been attending the middle school strength and conditioning program for the last year and absolutely loves it! His coach, Megan, is wonderful (as are all of the staff at MBSC!) and really knows how to individualize the session to accommodate any injury or issue. The on-site PT is also extremely helpful. Overall we have been so pleased with the decision to have our son work out here!

This has been an amazing experience for my 2 boys! They have learned so much, and they look forward to each and every workout! There are always at least two sets of eyes on them making sure they are doing things properly. They have had Meghan as their most recent coach! I have also had a great experience there! Kat is so helpful with scheduling and making you laugh! I also worked with Jess and Stephen in personal training sessions. They made me realize I can lift SO much heavier than I ever thought! Home away from home! xoxo

I loved training with Megan the past two summers! She brings great energy everyday and constantly pushes me to be better. Megan has been extremely helpful in my preparation for high school and college field hockey seasons, don’t know what I would’ve done without her!

I have been at this gym for quite some time. I needed strength training on my knees to prepare for an operation. This team is so knowledgeable and dedicated. They take the team approach while putting a program together. Each person monitors separately. I was under full-time training with Jess, who is not only knowledgeable but took a step-by-step approach while consulting with other team members. She is also very caring and dedicated, constantly checking in on the progress even outside of training hours. Now that both knees will be done, I will be continuing full-time in strength training along with PT. Thank you team!

Boyles is the best place to go to get in the best shape!!! The way the programs are made keeps you improving and getting stronger. I've been working with our trainer Megan who has been the best in helping push me to work harder and do more to make great gains. Megan has been the best with her energy, enthusiasm in working with everyone making working out that much more fun.

My son started here when he was 11 (now 14) and it’s been the best experience for him. Incredible results, safe, and fantastic way to increase all aspects of athleticism. He’s a fan of all the coaches, but Megan has been especially great. I started the adult session earlier this fall and couldn’t be happier. Alex and the team are great! Thanks MBSC team!

I have been working with Lauren for more than year through a program where she comes to my office building. She is warm, friendly, and very encouraging. I am not a normally active person and hadn't attended any physical activity classes since before 2020 but have gained such strength and confidence while working with Lauren that I now work out with others and on my own throughout the week regularly. She's a great trainer and partner in whatever fitness journey you are on.

I love working out at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. The trainers are amazing and make a point of getting to know you personally and working to meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. I've been working in the adult group with both Jess Tollman and Megan Lynch for over a year now and they are both incredibly knowledgable, patient, and encouraging. I have gotten so much stronger! My daughter and I both train here I can't recommend the program more highly.
