The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate. Although the news was not what we were expecting/hoping, we were treated with such care. The follow-up the next day, on the Doctor’s day off, was greatly appreciated. The only thing that could have been better was the wait times….unfortunately that was out of any one’s hands. Thank you so much!

With three dogs, I am a frequent visitor of Mass Vet Referral. They have always been great to work with and treated our animals with care. Even in the hard times when we had to say goodbye to some of them, they handled it with empathy. They are great because they can do so much in one place versus going to multiple different clinics. They are also very on top of coordinating with our Primary veterinarians. Can’t say enough great things about them.

Very attentive medical staff, efficient and organized administrative personnel, quick emergency triage. Overall a more efficient and better organized medical care than in any ER human care!

MVR is amazing! Dr. Phillips has treated my Irish Setter for IBD since he was a baby. He just had his 4th birthday in June and is a happy, healthy dog. The doctor got him on a special diet, a med and check ups every 6 months. Just visited and now he does not have to have a check up for a year! I have a 2 hour drive from the Lakes Region in NH to get to MVR but it is worth every mile. Thank you , Dr. Phillips!! You took a very sick puppy and made him well!!! Anne Glavin

I am forever grateful to Mass Vet Referral Hospital. They are kind caring and very professional. I have been here many times with my dogs and have always been given the best treatment. Recently, my dog suffered from a very traumatic injury to his face and his nose bone was exposed and his snout was about hanging off. Dr. Eisenburg stitched him back up and repaired his sinus. I cannot believe how great he looks. Thank you to everyone at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital!

Some of the kindest and compassionate folks I’ve met. They understand the stresses involved in these situations and while giving all the information you need in the moment, make sure it’s understood and offer hope when your minds racing a million a minute with what ifs.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the Mass Veterinary Hospital in Woburn. The care and love they showed our dog Hope was incredible. Specifically want to highlight the amazing job that Dr Wettstein did in explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. She made sure that I was comfortable with everything and that I never felt rushed. Also, want to shout out Mandy who made sure to check in on Hope and show her extra love during her time away from us. Thank you all!
