If you’re going to this Lowe’s looking for the discounted furniture and accessories, don’t. Head over to Home Depot in Somerville where those sorts of items are actually on sale. I went to commerce way Lowe’s in Woburn to pick up new furniture when I saw some furniture on clearance. When we asked what the clearance price was, we were told there was no clearance and that the signs advertising the clearance are “just there to draw customers over to purchase the items” and that “some of the pillows are on sale”. These practices are shady at best and, literally illegal at worst. Don’t give them your money. I personally live very near to this location, but will be shopping at Home Depot instead from now on. I would attach a photo to show what I mean, but we’ve already decided we’re never going back.

I made an appointment with the kitchen designer and he didn’t show up. I ask to talk to the manager to find out what happened I was waiting for 15 minutes and he didn’t showed up. I prefer the customer service t Home Depot better. I am never going back to this store

Very large home improvement store in Woburn. They sell appliances, paint, lumber, kitchen cabinets, plants. I got great service three times while I was there, just when I needed it and without any overbearing sales pitch. Get the Lowe’s card for 5% off at the register. I definitely like this place better than their main competitor.

I've made many online orders at the Woburn location and haven't been able to pick up one without complications. The employees are kind and helpful but the waiting and extra trips make me unlikely to shop here again.

We came in before Christmas to buy some decorations and a ladder to hang them. The cashier was having trouble with our items and ended up charging, refunding and charging again. End of the day we ended up with 3 charges and 1 return. According to Lowe's we bought 2 ladders, even though we only bought 1. We used our Lowe's credit card for payment. We made multiple disputes and we got back $20, instead of the $200 that we were overcharged. In one of the communications between the credit card disputes and the store the store said that the charges were correct. Due to that, we went to the store and based on what we showed a representative he agreed that we were overcharged, but instead of helping us he just pointed us to the same number we've been calling about the disputes. Awful attempt at helping. Lucky for Lowe's I let my wife pay that time and she's given up on getting that money back and she doesn't want to deal with it anymore. Unlucky for Lowe's, I don't appreciate thieves and I've been avoiding buying anything from Lowe's and will continue sharing this story with everyone I know. Horrible way to do business.
Edit: Lowe's response to this review just confirms what we said - the suggestion is to call the same number we've now called 40 or so times already.

Paul D at the Woburn store was extremely helpful. We needed a weed whacker and some garden tools. He was great giving us advice about our purchases comparing prices and what each of our choices offered us. Best trip I've had to a home improvement store in a long time.
