Ledgebrook kennel takes amazing care of my dog! He is always so excited and happy to be there. They separate the dogs into groups for play and they all get one on one attention as well. The kennel is well organized and the staff are all incredibly sweet. They have a veterinary clinic on site that we have used many times to help care for injury or ailment for our dog. The staff at the clinic are great as well. They also have a groomer on site.

We have been there for 3 situations with 3 different cats and have been treated so well, priced very reasonably, compassionate and friendly...today we had to have our 19 year old kitty JC euthanized...the vet tech and doctor made it a very peaceful process, reassuring us along the way that it was time...I was able to hold him throughout the entire process. It is the attention to kindness that stands out. Thank you for making an awful day a bit more bearable.

We have been taking our dog here twice a week for over two years and he loves it! He always comes home happy and tired. I love having the peace of mind knowing it is connected to a vet in case something happens. Also, he often gets vaccines or a vet visit during doggie daycare which is very convenient because we don’t have to take work off to bring him.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with how my experience was handed this past weekend at Ledgebrook Kennel in Woburn. I have never written a complaint in my life so this is huge to me. I got charged $505 dollars for 2 nights of boarding! Then when I called to say they accidentally put 3 nights the woman on the phone says it’s their ‘policy’ that it works like a hotel and checkout is at 10 am. I was never aware of this nor never signed any legal documentation telling me this. I would have picked up my dogs in the morning and called out of work if I was told. Then, they added on a separate charge for doggy daycare! I have never boarded my dogs at any other location that does this, nor was I told it was going to be an extra charge. Then an early drop off fee for dropping them off at 2:30 and not at 4:00! When the woman I first spoke to on the phone said she understands my circumstances and it would be fine to drop them off early..never telling me there would be an extra charge! I am currently homeless and having a baby in 8 weeks and was just trying to put my dogs in safe care so I could go to work. Then I get hit with this outrageous bill. To top it all off I get told that “most of our clientele are wealthy so this has never been an issue”!! I am appalled, extremely disappointed and saddened that a company is getting away with this. If I had any words of advice for the business going forward it would be to write up a legal documentation of all the charges and have the customer read and sign said legal document so they are aware of what debt they’re getting themselves into! If I had known I would have high tailed it out of there. I have never complained before but I feel as though everything was handled so unprofessionally and being told that since I’m not ‘wealthy’ that this has never been an issue before.

The vet at Woburn Animal Hospital misdiagnosed my cat, saying she had a respiratory infection when it was in fact a brain tumor. I had to take her to another vet after the medicine they prescribed did not work. She suffered for much longer than she should have due to their negligence. They also canceled my cat's prescription food during the COVID-19 pandemic. I learned about this via email. When I called to speak to the manager, he hung up on me. I want to share this in hopes that other pet parents won't subject their pets to this unsafe and unprofessional practice.

We have been patients of Woburn Animal Hospital for over 35 years and 9 different pets! They are wonderful and we have great relationships with the staff there. Very caring, passionate caregivers in the veterinary practice, the kennel and the daycare settings!

I’ve been a client for about 20 years, If not more. I am beyond an animal lover and never have denied my anImals anything. My last dog had cancer and I got her acupuncture and laser treatments, at this clinic, to feel she was comfortable in her dying days. Cheap is not a adjective to describe me.

Dr. Schless is clearly passionate about the work she does and she takes extra care to treat my new puppy as though he is her own. She goes above and beyond every time we come in for a routine visit to make sure he not only has his vaccines up to date but also asks thoughtful questions to ensure he is thriving at home in between visits as well - everything from keeping him safe to making sure he is enjoying the food he's eating. I would highly recommend Dr. Schless at Woburn Animal Hospital & Ledgebrook Kennel.

Took our hyper dog to Ledgebrook for a doggie daycare trial. She had a great time playing with the other dogs, tired her out for the rest of the day. We will certainly be bringing her back!
