DO NOT purchase a Jeep from Lawless. Unethical and deceptive practices from the sales team, including manager and general manager, resulted in me overpaying for my vehicle. To top it off, once the key issue connected to my new lease was identified, all staff stopped returning my calls. I will NEVER get another Jeep from them and will go back to Quirk in Braintree, where I was always treated honestly and respectfully. Zero stars.

The prices advertised online are what you pay if you go through their financing according to the salesman and when you ask questions about the price, financing and condition of the vehicle the answer is basically take it or leave it. He actually said the calculator AAA sent me for car sales was wrong along with many other people. Ok, so I left! When a car sales man tells me he guessed I couldn’t afford the car because I’m asking about a reduction in price and suggests a lesser vehicle I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. He obviously didn’t need a sale and with the Jeep reputation and 11 recalls on the 2021 Grand Cherokees asking about condition shouldn’t be met with “well if you don’t trust us then don’t buy from us”. OMG between the condescending behavior and the judgmental statements I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

I had a great experience servicing my car with Lawless. I needed an alignment and oil change done on my car with short notice before a long drive and they were able to get me in with Antonio who got it all done. I know I do not have to worry when Antonio works on my car because he is knowledgeable, thorough, and cautious with everyone’s vehicle. I know when my car goes to him, it’s getting the highest quality of work performed on it. Thank you Antonio & Lawless!

My experience with Christine at Lawless surpassed my expectations. She was very responsive and was thorough to address a multitude of issues with my car that had piled up over the years. Work was done properly but service person didn’t keep me informed on the repair progress for sensor battery issue. He texted me at 4:45PM that he needed the car overnight after dropping it off in the morning. Caused chaos with my wife since I was borrowing her car. Car was ready at noon the next day. Surprised they would need my car for a day and a half for a battery issue…..

If you are looking for a car, the best person to reach out is AMIN at Lawless dealership in Woburn, Ma. Armin is not only a car seller, he is also an advisor. Amin is easy to talk to. He answers all of my question, this with precision. He has knowledge in what he is doing.

I had a great experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly and honest about the state of my vehicle. They took care of the hassle of going through my 3rd party warranty company and they made sure I was able to get back and forth to my job while they had my car.

My wife and I went into Lawless to look at a new vehicle for her. We were in a position where we didn't need to make a decision or a new purchase immediately or at all, but wanted to see what our options were. At no point did we feel pressured to "make the sale" and all staff members were extremely welcoming throughout the entire process. In the end we left with a new vehicle having traded in prior and couldn't be happier with the Pacifica or the service we were provided.
